I don't know if the problem is MB Usa or the Service. I bought a GLE AMG 63 8 months ago and it is the second time that the car has failed, and I had to send it with a town to repair. After trying to communicate with MB road assistance for more than 3 hours and without success, I sent it with a private one. Terrible the Road Assistance( imagine if you call because an accident) service but worse than such a car failing again. When they call me to inform that my car is ready, I asked if they could send it home, but they respond that this MBUsa service does not provide it. Mr. Orlando who attended me at Pembroke Pines was very responsible, but I think the problems that I ammentioning, are not his responsibility. Very disappointed with the brand.

For the privilege of $70,000 and a CERTIFIED INSPECTION AND VEHICLE you can also be stuck in a parking lot for hours with your s class suv that has 22k miles which you bought a week ago and driven twice. In all reality seems like this dealerships certified inspection process is nothing more than a piece of paper. They don’t even bother to replace a battery where they know it is beyond 50% of its useful life. It makes you wonder what else they have “certified” that should have been replaced.

Made an appointment over the phone for oil services for my car. Easy to schedule. Arrived on time and didn't take long to see Pedro Rodriguez the service attendant. Returned until the following day to pick up. No problems everything went well. Price of the service is on the high side for just oil change total over $300.00. one of the worst run service departments I have seen. The customer service is terrible by all the slow moving men in this department. They make you wait forever while they stand around and talk about things not related to work . No women? Never any water available in the "lounge". Styrofoam cups were in a stack at a Mercedes dealership? For buying such an expensive car , this service department is low grade in comparison to others. The car wash is also always closed. I will be driving out of my way to visit others. I would expect this from a Honda dealership, but not Mercedes.

My husband dropped off the car for basic service and our initial impression was not that great. As there was a line of cars backed up to the street to get checked in and it would be 45min to an hour before he would even be able to speak with the assigned service advisor. He ended up leaving the car. Toward the end of day I called to see if it was ready (because no one had reached out to us). The assigned service advisor answered and let us know we could pick up in 15 min. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it back until the next morning where we met Chris, because our assigned service advisor was still unavailable. Perhaps noticing my agitation, Chris worked to make sure we were quickly taken care of and was quite professional. The Assistant Service Manager Alex R also spoke with us directly and he was courteous and professional as well. He provided his card and let us know we could contact him directly for future questions or service needs. Although we never met the assigned service advisor, in the end, I was pleased with the service provided by both Chris and Alex and plant to use this location again in the future.

I went in for service because a message about the brake pads and my brake light indicator came on. I made my appointment 12 days in advance and was told they wouldn?t have a loaner car available. I asked about a rental car and was told my appointment would be notated for a rental. Got there and I had the worst experience ever. First of all, my GLE 350 only had 23,776 miles when I drove in. I was there for all of 5 minutes when I was told that I?d need brake pads all around the vehicle and possibly rotors!!!! Yes, an almost new vehicle and my advisor told me I would need pads and rotors at my own expense. I?m like xxx!!! I asked him to show me. After about and hour and for five minutes, I recorded a text message with pictures of what I was told was my vehicle. I didn?t know what I was looking at. I asked to see the pads on my vehicle for an explanation against the pictures. (Oh, I?d have to take the tires off is what I was told)! While sitting in my advisors office, I heard another advisor tell to another to write a customer up and to put him in a loaner! Yes, I was told that there wasn?t any loaner but here this customer 2 hours after me and he?s being given a loaner car. I brought it to the attention of my service advisor and without him even checking, he brushed me off telling me oh, maybe he made his appointment in advance. I also made my appointment in advance but this guy didn?t even take the time to check. Initially he told me that there wasn?t any loaners and my appointment was not noted for a rental. At this point I was furious! I was about to be robbed of $1700 for a brake and router job on my semi new vehicle and they were making me sit there and watch! Oh no! I asked about the cars warranty, I asked if this was a mistake, I asked why and how not only the brakes but the rotors were bad also? Mind you, I thought it was just the sensors that had gone bad. I had no difference in the way my car felt when I braked. No vibration, no squeaking, nothing! What was going on. Beware of Mercedes? of Pembroke Pines service department! They are definitely not honest and will ROB you when it comes to repairs. I was under major stress dealing with this issue. I spent a lot of time on the phone making calls and complaints! After 2 days off a lot of back and forth, I was able to get the issue resolved in partly my favor. $2100 turned into $250 deductible which I still think was an unfair charge. My insurance should?ve never had to get involved to pay for any parts of this less than 3 year old vehicle rotors. I?m totally turned off from Mercedes? after this experience. My lease is up in a couple months. I?ll be taking my business else where.

I took the car this morning, since it was the second time, that it had problems with the module that controls eps, neutral mirror, first they told me that I had to leave the car, to check it and they do not have a spare car, this being a lease Given so much insistence, with the cris tai manager, 4 hours after being at the dealership, they call me and tell me that the car below has a physical blow, that the warranty does not cover it, they had to be a diagnosis at 220 dollars the time and then they would give me an estimate and I had to pay these costs, that is, it is a total lack of respect, I have not had an accident and now they say that the car has a physical blow, in the end I leave the dealership with the car without arrange. It is a total lack of respect! And if the car really has a physical blow, it must have been handled by the workshop. There are no blows to any part of the bodywork, and I have vehicle protection plus insurance and they didn't want to fix it.

I would definitely give Alex five stars. However, disappointed car was not returned in a clean condition. I personally washed the auto the day prior of service. Car was returned in a worse condition from when the auto was dropped off.

Mercedes Benz is a luxury brand, so when you call with a maintenance issue you expect that high level of service. AutoNation (Parent Company) makes millions and they can't have loaners on hand for customers? The service advisor was polite and kind, and they do offer a Lyft to your house, but my question is, why can I take my Lexus to the Lexus dealership on the same road and have no issue getting a loaner vehicle, but when I go to Mercedes Benz I can't get a loaner car? It took 2 days to change an alternator and I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30 in the morning, and received a call at 12:45 pm that they were actually working on it. The bottom line is if you have a luxury vehicle dealership that people pay top dollar for, you need to provide the same level of service. I guess I would be just as satisfied if I owned a VW since I would be receiving the same level of service. $2028 for an alternator change! Something to consider when you need to do some work on your Benz.

Lets see how long these dealerships stay in business. Marking up vehicles 100k is a good way to do that. You see. Overpaying, on lets say, for a semi truck that will go to work and make you money makes sense. And I will not hold the grudge with the dealer. But paying 290k on a 180k msrp G-63. So I can drive around. That is a pure disrespect. There are two answers to this dealers behavior. Either they think that its just a Mercedes, and overpricing, using the shortage of everything as un excuse, will make people feel more comfortable spend that much for a brand that helps low self-esteem rich old money people that are trying to drown the sorrow with the G Wagon. Or just simple following the trend or the other dealers. But the flip side is. Instead of taking advantage of the situation to get the customers for life. But no. They will loose potential prospects that got to the top of the entrepreneurial ladder by making smart decisions and working hard for their life perks. Same ones that are killing the old money rich kids market. Anyways. You would think why is this guy taking time of his busy schedule to write this. When you get to this point, you will understand, that saturated markets exist because uneducated, and unprofessional are overflowing and coexist because they are not being PUNISHED for the bad business. They are here to hustle, scam. And unfortunately it works. There are all kind of different out there. And not everyone can make it. Be smarter then the rest. Work hard. Do your research. Dont rush. I am BEYOND disappointed in the most recent service I have received for my G Wagon. Communication is poorly done between the service agent and the service manager. I drove 45 mins to go pick up my vehicle (after being told it was ready to get picked up) just to find out when I arrived that it was NEVER completed and needed to stay for an additional day! I was told with NO REASON why it needed to stay (even when I asked). This incident was just icing on the cake from other issues I’ve had with the service agent Carlos. Before this, ( which I never left a review about because I wanted to brush it under the rug) communication between the service agent and I have been horrible! Anytime Ive called to check on my car for pick up, he NEVER ever answered a single phone call of mine. The he tells me that he doesn’t really listen to his office VM’s. ( so why do you even have a office phone) and the best way to reach him is by text/call on his cell phone (okay). After getting this info from him, I’ve tried to contact him on the status of my vehicle through his requested method of communication and his response was still the same….. ZERO! Please don’t tell customers one thing and completely do another. Now with this most unacceptable experience with my vehicle not being ready after I was told it was ( and was given a $60 dollar - I’m sorry I messed up discount) I will never come back here and will find another Mercedes dealer to service my G Wagon. I won’t be burned again by this place and with the horrible customer service to top it top. I would be a complete fool to ever come back here again.

Out of all the Mercedes Dealerships that I have have been to, this was the first bad experience that I have had. I always get a loaner car, and this time it took almost an hour from the time I dropped my car off until I finally was able to leave. I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes when dropping off my car and leaving. The sense of urgency at the dealership was awful. Then when I arrived to pick up my car I waited a while for someone to even return to the desk area to assist me with picking up my car. I was then told that my service representative would be about 5-10 minutes since they were with another client at the time. I explained that I was simply picking up my car and just wanted to pay and leave as soon as possible since I was told my car would be done between 11am-1pm and it was around 3:30-3:45 until it was completed. I then asked to have anyone else ring me up since there were several representatives in their cubicles that were not with clients. The employee at the service area rolled his eyes and reluctantly asked another employee to check me out telling the associate “this customer didn’t want to wait.” I understand that things will never be perfect, but having to wait as long as I did on both occasions was frustrating considering it is supposed to be a Mercedes Dealership where you expect premium service considering the premium prices ($290/hr for labor). When your paying $1300 for an oil change, the service should be much better in my opinion or at least apoplectic for the wait time. I wish I was back in the D.C. area where the service has always been A+. I probably will never take my car to the Pembroke Pines Dealership for service again. I’d rather drive well out of the way to a different one.

Had auto shipped from MB of pembroke pines in Florida to Charlotte NC. My Auto still had fine scratches throughout the paint. I was told that the car would receive a polishing and wax job. Apparently it was not done. I paid for the auto with a Cashier's Check from my Credit Union but Daisy in Title Dept. still did not ship my Title work until 2 weeks later. I recently took my car to be serviced and had to purchase new tires. When the car was returned, I noticed that it was driving strangely and found the tire pressure to be off. I had not idea that that could cause such a bad drive so I assumed that something significant had to be wrong. Once Enrique, the service supervisor, got wind of my frustration, he instantly went into "Fix it" mode. He went above and beyond to educate me on what was going on with my car (it was really nothing as wind speeds had been high) and he even ran a free diagnostic to prove that the car was running to standard. He recommended that my rotors be replaced too (something that a regular service would not have picked up on). As a woman who knows nothing about cars and often feel like a target for being taken advantage of at places like dealerships, I can honestly say that the leadership team changed my perspective. Not only to they uphold the Benz brand, they also stepped in at a time where frustrations were high and showed me that I would always be taken care of and valued as a customer. I've got the C300 at the end of December. Despite being a new car it already required a replacement of the condenser for the AC to work properly. I did not expect this from a Mercedes Benz. Also, my service experience was not great. I was not offered a loaner. I was told loaners require several days notice. The Lyft ride I was offered came but left as I was walking and, literally, 6 feet away. When that happened, the valet folks that saw what happened did very little to help. Again, not a great experience but it's also fair to point out that the car was ready the next day and now the AC works as expected.

The only thing that I didn’t like that much is that my service rep was not there due to a doctors appointment and No body told me what I should do. The van was picked up on Friday as start was an issue, after one week it was ready. No loaner was provided. The labor cost was $289 per hour, (is it a space craft repair?) do you give your staff $289 per hour , even MIT would not hv paid that much!! Min discount was given. No loyalist discount. We have bought 4 Merc from your faculty. The cost of labor is so much more than cost of part. You guys should be considerate towards your customers. Don’t want to come back to this Merc facility nor will recommend to anyone

I called my service advisor, Orlando, and he went above and beyond explaining me what to do and the safety features of the run-flat tires. I had my vehicle appraised here in person and when I was told to pick up the check they wanted to give me $2,500 less. They then claimed the appraisal was never done in person. I reported the situation to the sales managers and they blew me off. Shockingly, the day after my complaint, they had the salesperson Joseph call me and confront me about the issue I had with him. I tried reaching out to the general store manager several times to no avail. I absolutely will be filing a complaint regarding this situation and I strongly advice against doing any business with this store.

I went in for service on my car for a recall of an airbag and replacement of a high pressure fuel pump. I spoke to Chris (service manager) and he set me up with an appointment. Eddy , a service agent also assisted in putting then paperwork together after i told him of the what was happening with the car. These two areas that needed to be reviewed and replaced were a 2 to 3 hour job each one. I decided to wait there since I did not have a ride, my choice and they did not have a loaner car at that time. Chris kept checking in with me to give me updates on the car which I appreciated. He realized that it may be taking longer than they anticipated so he offered to rent a car for me so I could go home and wait for a call the car was finished. I took him up on that offer and they took me to Hertz office and everything was already set up for me. Excellent Job and greatly appreciated! The next day Eddy called me the car was ready and I went o pick up the car and everything went very smooth. I have to say Chris and Eddy displayed great customer service and Chris went out of way to make sure I was fine during my wait. Even though it took some time to get my car completed, I did not mind because of the way Chris handled the situation. My thank you and appreciation to both Chris and Eddy for showing that customer service is still alive. Pembroke Pines Mercedes has at leas two great team members there and I hope they know it. February 3rd, I've received email from the dealer I have schedule maintenance appointment on February 17th. (I never made any appointment) On 16th Feb, I called the dealer for the confirmation on the appointment but they couldn't find my appointment. (So, I rescheduled for 19th at 2PM). On 18th Feb, the dealer shop cancelled my appointment with out notifying me. (When I called it is because I was getting 'B' service and takes about 4-5 hrs to do so.) I had to rescheduled the appointment for earlier time at 10:00 AM. When I met the 'advisor' I was told the service was going to be 'A' service. The advisor said I already got the 'B' service. So, I explained the advisor I got my car when it was 17000 miles and did not get the 'B' service at 20000 mile as advisor was claiming. (He had no proof) So the advisor told me it was going to be B service and he will call me when it was done. About 3 hrs later the service was done and it was 'A' service. So the advisor lied for the second times. What kind of business is this? Stop wasting people's time! I want some answers and there better be some action against this dishonest 'advisor'. (By the way, my car was showing 'service B due in 1200 miles' this morning)

The service tech detected that I had a fuel line loose at the back of my engine there was something wrong with the coolant function for my radiator and they fixed my air condition problem. I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got back home from the service with a very low tire that you could hear the air blowing out from the valve. It turned out the tire valve was broken and had to be changed. The service department did take care of it but I lost my complete day of work. What should've been a regular coupe of hours service took a whole day because they had to send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle since driving it with a flat tire on the highway would have been dangerous. The reason for the low rating is because 1) they never even apologized for my loss of time from work, 2) they actually never owned up to the fact that they broke the valve, 3) they actually claimed that they did not touch my tire valves at all, when I clearly saw them putting air on the tires after rotating them, 4) they actually asked me to endanger my life by driving the car back in with a flat tire on the highway, and 5) they were slow to respond and only sent the tow truck after a lot of back and forth on the phone. The last thing you would expect is for one of your tires to start loosing air rapidly on the highway after servicing your car at a Mercedes dealer. They did a poor service on my car and clearly did not check that all tires were safe to drive on before returning the car to the customer. This was just plain unsafe and I could've seriously endangered my life if I had accepted to drive the car back in instead of insisting that they send a tow truck to pick it up.

I am very disappointed at the service and the mis-information received after the purchase of a E-300. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle at Mercedes Benz Pembroke Pines, and although the Mercedes’ Benz website clearly states that CPO vehicles can be exchanged within 7 days and 500 miles, when I contacted the salesman within the period advertised, I was told that in the small prints for Autonation policy, it was only 5 days and 150 miles. We had barely used the car and it was under 150 miles and 7 days, but not under the 5 days, as we were following what was advertised by Mercedes. When I highlighted the facts and asked the salesman to honor what was advertised by the Mercedes’ website, I was treated very poorly. Very disappointed for such conduct from a prestigious brand

Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to go to the Fort Lauderdale location. I was racially profiled at this location but gladly spent my 85k at the Fort Lauderdale location. It seems as if this location thinks people of color cannot afford nice cars. I approached a sales person (yes I had to approach them they did not come to me) and he automatically assumed we wanted a used car and even after we said new he kept saying used car. He had no interest in even showing us the car. He was condescending the entire time. I was so turned off I contemplated getting a Porsche instead but thankfully they were much nicer at the Fort Lauderdale location. I’ve also heard others complain about the same issue at this location. Be aware.

The service I requested was not done. I made the appointment for two issues. A search engine light came on and two days after went off. All they did was drive the car around and say it was fine and working as it should. After that, they did nothing else. I scheduled a 20,000 miles service that wasn't done and no explanations as to why. I contacted the service specialist via phone and text and never got a response from him. They kept the car for 8 hours and they only took it for a ride and didn't even perform the services I requested. I would have been fine with them not addressing the engine light properly if they had a least done the 20,000 service. This is the second time I go into this dealership and I thought it couldn't be worse than the first time but I was wrong.

I took my car to the service at pines Mercedez Benz ESP ABS cruise control warning issue & ECO all not working inoperable warning take it to the dealer I left it there; they call me back they said it was a software glitch they updated and needed to replace the battery and bulb lights of the car after a multi inspection done to the vehicle they charged me; I left and the very next week; same thing all issues were back. so I called them again. I took it back they review it while they asked me to wait in the lobby and I could see the mechachic checking it they gave me the same update; oh it was a software update and replace the bulb again they test it and all is working now... guess what next day the same; but now another head light not working... and eco still not working I took it back... now they clamining another battery has issues and now they want to replace another battery and the whole head light and wanted to charge me almos $1,600 while initially stating that my car did not have ECO feature; not possible they said. when I had to pressed them and say I am not crazy it has it and it was working before. they clearly did not know my car had it, because later they realize my car model has it I am taking my car to another place; I am never going back to Mercedez Benz Pines very dissapointed; not buying a car there again. as much as I love Benz, it gives a bad experience if I spend money on a Benz is because we want excellence; including during the service -not just when you are buying a brand new car.

Well, I have taken my 2020-250 CLA, to the service department for the third time, for the same issue. My engine light continues to come on. Each time I have taken my car, my Advisor contacts me "your car is ready". I pick it up the light is off. ONLY to bring it back with the same issue. Light back on. I am totally exhausted with this. Driving a high end automobile that's FAULTY is not what I am paying for. Why can't the software be provided to repair this compression system problem. Took my car here for, well I was told software issues. I got my car back and now the engine light is on. Haven't had the car for 3 months... I think they rushed the model and the car is just faulty.

I'd been searching for a car for 2 months. I saw this Infiniti Q70 at Mercedes Benz Pembroke Pines at the beginning of my search but the price was more than my budget could pay. Long story short....2.5 months later I was online and this same car popped up. Tuesday January 25th I called Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines spoke to salesman named Miguel Santelises answered the call. He confirmed the vehicle was still available. but was heading to auction the next day. I told him NO!!!!! I am on my way from Delray Beach to see it. He said I'll see in about 15 to 20 minutes. I told him no more like an hour to an hour 30 minutes as I am driving over 60 miles from Delray Beach to the dealership. Upon my arrival Miguel had the car out front and running ready for me to test drive. I fell in love with the car. Told told him I'll be back the next day to purchase cash/check and I did. Drove it home to Delray in the pouring rain. Next morning (Thursday) the car wouldn't start, center vents weren't blowing, and a few other things were not coming on. My husband came to give the car a jump to get it started, but the battery charge didn't hold. I called Miguel and he made arrangements for me to take the car to Mercedes Benz of Delray which is exactly 1minute from my home. Mercedes Benz Delray tested the car and determined it needed a new battery. They ordered one from Coconut Creek Infiniti and told me the car will be ready for pick up on Friday January 28th. I picked up the car and have driven it everyday since then with absolutely no issues. I texted Miguel to thank him for everything and I will be saving his number for my next car purchase.

I arrived with a nail in one of my run flat tires. I was taken care of immediately. Because I had purchased my tires three months prior from the dealer, the tire was covered by the dealer warranty. A new tire was put on free of charge. I just paid for the installation a few dollars. My service writer told me any damage done to the tires for the first year was completely covered. After the first year, the tires are prorated. Considering run flat tires cannot be repaired, this is a major selling point to purchase tires from the dealer. I was very pleased with the service. .us my car was returned squeaky clean!

Roberto Monduy, Mercedes Benz service technician was excellent. He identified cause for abnormal engine pulsation and videotaped this defect (right side high pressure pump malfunction). He also replaced both inner + outer boots on left side axle which were leaking grease. The vehicle now runs like a fine tuned racing car. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES BEWARE!!!!!!!! Bought a 2017 gls450 from them and the edge of the seat was worn. The salesman Mark Isaia told me don’t worry I have a great guy he’ll take care of that make it look like new. He did make it look like new but used some kind of wax or some thing that only lasted about two days max and when I asked him about it they still just continue to want to try and repair it by their shady repair man. Soon as we drove off the lot with the car we noticed a knock in the steering wheel when braking something was loose and banging around. After saying it was the motor mounts and replacing knows the problem still exists. I bring the car back I show Mark again the salesman and now he says he doesn’t know that that’s not normal. Now ask yourself is that the type of customer service you expect from Mercedes-Benz? Me neither... if they decide to own up and fix it correctly like they said they would I’ll delete this post.

I?ve owned Mercedes-Benz since 2006, maintenance and extended warranty claims are seem to always be a challenge. In the past warranty claims have been denied with mixed messages from different dealers. Christian from Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines has easily been the best customer service rep I?ve dealt with. He is very helpful, takes his time to explain everything and is quick to respond. Other customer service reps are just plain lazy and not honest. Most of the service advisors with the exception of one agent seem to be focused, motivated and willing to help everybody, very refreshing. Being a business owner, I understand that employees are a direct reflection of the management team and its obvious that management is on the ball. I love this dealership. However, every time I take my vehicle for service I am told nothing is wrong. Meanwhile, my vehicle shakes every time I am breaking on the highway from high speeds. I brought the truck in on Thursday May 6th for appraisal. I they looked at the truck and I waited an hour for the quote, I was told that things ?at corporate? were slow and they would call me with the appraisal. On Saturday May 8th, I received a call from the acquisition rep that they still wanted to purchase the vehicle, and that the quote was $28,500. I confirmed the number twice, because it was a very good price. I agreed to come in and sell, canceling appointments to sell to Carmax for $25,200 and at Autobuy. When I arrived, the process started smooth, and the sale price was never mentioned again. After signing all of the documents, the second to last page was the set sales price of $24,500. I pointed out the change, and they expressed confusion and surprise. At this point, I had already signed over the title and other documents. They did raise the quote to meet Carmax but made no attempt to otherwise rectify their getting me there under false pretenses. I left a review on google. They responded same day, saying please give us a call we want to make it right. I called. They did not acknowledge the message, a basically communicated ?tough luck, you didn?t have to come here.? I have never had such a poor experience with such blatant dishonesty and indifference.

Mark Isaia gets 5 stars Everyone else I dealt with zeros, Robert Montoya never returned phone calls or emails, personality of an alligator. The other managers did not return phone calls on a 60,000 internet purchase. Patience is a virtue, one of the worst dealerships I ever dealt with, for example, I bought the wheel and tire insurance, $2800.00 only to find out it didn?t cover cosmetic issues, the car had one wheel repaired when I bought it because I saw damage on a photo, when the car was delivered the other three were damaged. $250.00 per wheel to fix so I ended up spending $1000.00 to have them all powder coated. I have bought many cars over the internet so I wasn?t expecting this, especially from a Mercedes dealership at this price point on a used super truck. Be wary internet buyers, all not as it seems here

Steven Douglas saves the day! When I arrived there was a backup in the service entrance. There were cars blocking the way and it didn't appear organized. I called Steven and in about 5 minutes, it was cleared up and the attendant was at my window. If this area were more organized it would be great. We were expecting better service than the one we recorded. The salesman was great, however there were big lack of communications between management and the finance department. Due to that issue my credit report was ran twice. The magnet should have apologized for the many issues we encountered. It's expected to spend time at the dealership, but not almost 8 hours. And that was because of the lack of communications. Once we signed the papers we felt we were just another stat. We had to go back because of minor issues with the vehicle and have to admit Joseph, salesman, has been very helpful. In my opinion they need to work on customer service.

We "ended up" at Mercedes in Pembroke Pines after a terrible experience at Mercedes in Miami. Although my husband had purchased his used Benz SUV in Miami, they had no interest in working with us when we walked in inquiring about a used Benz. I found Moises Abadi at Pines through a simple internet click and turned out to be the best thing! The car we initially were interested in was not available but he immediately shifted to helping us find a car. This is when most people just said, "Sorry, we sold it." He didn't pressure us in any way and the process was fast. He was extremely helpful. We went went from having no car---and not even a car available-- to having completed the sale in about 4 hours. He found a vehicle that had just came in and had only been at the dealership one day. Considering I was being pretty specific about car size and price, I would have NEVER found a car if Moises had not committed to helping us as I kept losing cars at various MB dealerships all over the state! This is our 3rd purchase at a Mercedes Benz dealership in Florida and he was the most helpful sales person we've encountered. We also had the pleasure of working with Anthony Bolanos and he was also super friendly, very helpful and quick with paperwork.

First of all: If you are looking for a certified pre-owned Mercedes, then its all the same to which dealership to go, because you basically can find the car that you want online, and go to any of the dealerships and if they don't have it, they can get it transferred to their location and you check it out at your convenience. For example, if you found a car online and its location is in Mercedes Benz Miami, you can go to MB Pembroke pines and they will get it to their location and u check it out. If you are going to purchase a Mercedes, make sure you talk to someone who own a Mercedes before you walk in to the dealership. This will give you a very different insight about what to expect from a MB. My experience with Pembroke pines was nice, Carlos Flores was really helpful and friendly. He is always available to help and answer all questions. And so far I am happy with my purchase.

I have been to service department for my tires twice within a year. Steven and Christian were very helpful and professional. One feedback I have is to have the valet guys be more attentive when guests pull up, no matter what car they drive. I don’t drive a Mercedes but I have a tire package through AutoNation so I bring my car here. Both times I went, the valet guys see a Range Rover and they just stare, then go about their business, like I’m lost. Needless to say, I had to go inside and explain to someone what I’m there for.

Extremely disappointed in Mercedes Pembroke Pines. We got a lease GLA on October 15. Right off the dealership, I noticed (among other things) that the two left tires were almost flat. The car was also significantly pulling left, GPS not working, Car Play not working. I stopped at the gas station to put some air in it, thinking that they might have forgotten to check the car (which is already a shame). I emailed them right away and sent 3-4 other emails to date. NO ANSWER. I called customer service, they said they couldn't do anything. Great! What I need is not too complicated: a functioning GPS, 2 new tires and an alignment. I now understand why it's the country of litigation. Unless you take people to court, they don't care. Well....

Unfortunately, the tire pressure light for the rear tires came on as soon as I got into the car, the maintenance warning light was still on despite just finishing the service and it is still on, and the passenger side lane turning warning light now stays on longer and for no reason whatsoever.

I went to replace one of the mounting/jack holder. This piece should be flushed with the vehicle but it’s not so if you go over a curb, it snaps off. The piece is economical but the labor is more than double the price to glue back in. The total wait time was 5 hours to replace that piece, update software and receive receipt to pay. They didn’t even replace the license plate holder as they promised, mine defective. The final cost of the repair was more than what they quoted me 3 days prior when I committed and agreed to do the necessary work with them. There were no snacks, loaners or ride over to your residence which was less than 10miles away. I heard that Mercedes provides such great customer service but that was not the case in this one at all. I will never visit this Mercedes dealership again.

Was trying to wait until all the issues were resolved before reviewing this dealership anywhere, but my patience has run out. After-sale customer service has been abysmal. They're very quick to reach out and ask about getting their perfect review to MB Corporate, but not when the customer actually needs assistance. Been going back and forth with this dealership for three weeks after my temporary registration/plate has expired and have gotten no where. I've spoken to my salesman, the sales manager, the finance manager, and been in touch with AutoNation via Twitter, email, and chat and still have a car that's illegal to drive. Been told multiple times a new temporary tag was being overnighted to me and I still have nothing. I guess expecting any sort of customer service after dropping almost six figures on a new Mercedes was too much to ask. Feel like I'm getting the run around at a Kia dealership.

The sales person was very detail with the presentation of the vehicle. The sales person at the end of the day, she left me to help another customer who didnt have an appointment. I recommend she does not repeat that action. I went ahead and still gave her the business and bought the car. Twice she scheduled to teach me the dynamics of the vehicle, but has never complied with scheduled. The customer service was not good, however, the financing was great and the time to apply and negotiation was good also. I will continue to do business with you guys. Poor / lack of customer service. It is a CPO vehicle and the car was in needed of some warranty repairs. I was I will be contacted so I can bring the car and get a loaner so the repairs can be done . Here it is almost a month and I am still waiting. When I call them it seems like I was bothering them. Definitely NOT the Mercedes Benz I expected.

My wife received excellent service on her latest visit to MB. This doesn't surprise me, because Stephen Douglas has done the same on every visit to this facility. Most woman are nervous about dealing with mechanics, as was my wife on her first visit. My wife is very picky, when it comes to being waited on and sanitary facilities. MB and Stephen Douglas must have made a very big impression because I received a phone call, bragging about her treatment, before she got home. Her confidence is very high, now, and wants to take care of her own vehicle needs. That's the ultimate compliment, as far as I am concern.

I had a great experience getting my Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 repaired at Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines. The staff was professional and polite. The wait time wasn't bad. And the cost was minimal. My 2017 GLC 300 had a Auxiliary Battery Malfunction message displayed on the Multi-Function display Friday. Monday I went to the dealer to get it replaced. The technician took care of the matter in 2 hours. The cost was $223. My SUV received a courtesy wash. And I was on my way. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines.

Came in for a simple oil change and told my service rep that there was a pinging noise when I start the car. The service rep said no problem he?ll ask the mechanic to check it out and let me know. Later that afternoon, I received a call saying the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the car / I was passed onto another rep to make payment. I asked about the pinging noise. And the new rep checked the notes to no avail. He then called the original service rep Alex and asked him. Alex?s response was that I needed to pay $195.00 to find out the solution of the pinging noise. Why wasn?t this said in the morning when I dropped it off? I could have paid it then and avoided this wasted day. My time is just as valuable as Mercedes Benz - for me to have to return another day when they already had the car For hours. Very disappointed.

For years I have never been happy with the service center, I really did not have a choice as there are very few MB dealers. until yesterday with my service advisor, Stephen Douglas He was so friendly, courteous & eager to please. Excellent experience with sales associate Tom Lombardic, who was ethical, experienced and highly efficient. Of note: He had made a verbal price promise to me in September, which he smoothly fulfilled, months later, without needing to be prompted or pushed. This meant a lot to me., as I have a distaste for haggling. He is now proved to be someone who can be trusted to keep his word. Now I’ll be the one to remember — to ask for him again next time. Additionally, dealership offers a concierge who devotes an hour to patiently showing you all the dials and settings. Mine was Samantha— really helpful. I even went back a few days later to review a few things and she cheerfully came out to my car. The car itself is gorgeous and safe. It’s my 4th Mercedes, (after a decade away with Lexus), and I’m glad to be HOME again. Too soon to comment about their service department but I will not hesitate to do so after first service.

I went there few days ago and explained what was the problem with my car. The service advisor had no idea how long was the power train warranty on my car, took the car, wrote down the issue and I left. He called me after 6 hours to tell me what the problems were and ofcourse the cost for repairs ( according to them non of the problems were covered by the warranty). I can’t put into words how grateful I am for all the people at this location. From the receptionist to the financial department, they made sure to remain pleasant and gave me the best deal possible. Will never take a car to this dealer for service again. Made an appointment with for 11 AM same day with shuttle service home. My wife arrived ahead of appointment time and was told no record of appointment. After an hour got a ride home. Car was scheduled for a regular service and had an ac issue, not blowing cold. No call back from the dealer at all on Monday. On Tuesday, repeated phone calls were not returned despite being told someone would call back. Finally recieved a call late in day saying there was a leak and they had not found it and would call the following morning. No call the next morning, at 1 we started calling again. We were not calling to complain about how long a repair was taking but simply to determine how long it would take. (We would need to make arrangement to rent a car if time was extended) After several calls, left voice mails or live person promises that someone would get "right back to us", my wife gave up and turned over to me when a call promised with " he is returning to his desk and will call you now" had not occurred 30 minutes later. I called the dealership to speak to the general manager, no luck. Over the next 30 minutes I made repeated calls to speak to the service manager or any manager that would pick up the phone. Fijnally a salesmanager advised he was transferring my call to the Service Manger who he visually confrimed was at his desk, it went to voicemail. At that point I callled Mercedes North America who offered to see if they could get through, after about ten minutes on hold, was advised the service manager had a customer at his desk and would call me as soon as that customer was gone. One and a half hours later I got a call saying they could give me a price to repair the leak the following morning. I declined and said I owuld pick the car up in the morning. The next day, I picked up the car and my $200 diagnostic fee found a leak in the evaporator, a several thousand dollar repair (did not get a quote so this is my estimate based on extensive labor (remove dash etc). I took the car to another mercedes mechanic I had used with out of warranty cars for years. The AC was running cold as a result of the a recharge at the dealership. I advised of the evaporator leak diagnosis, and my independent mechanic (who's work is accepted by Mercedes) said he would be happy to change it but evaporator leaks are generally very slow and it was very likely that a recharge of the system every six months to a year would keep the system functioning and would result in no other damage to the system. If the size of the leak required more frequent recharges, we could then make a decision to replace the evaporator. Not an option mentioned at the dealership. I guess I should thank them for the poor service, saved me several thousand dollars for the time being.

This review is long overdue. I had one awful experience in 2016 when I visited this dealership to shop for my first car. That time, I got left in the sun when the salesperson told me they were going to get the keys for a test drive; eventually, after waiting in the scolding South Florida heat, I left after nobody came back. Even after that experience, I still leased a C300 from Mercedes Benz of Miami even though I live 2 minutes away from this dealership. It was my 20th birthday and I quickly picked up on the fact that they did not take a young person seriously. Fast forward to August 2019 when I test drove the new A220 with Joshua...I was very up front about the experience I had the first time and he was determined to give me a better one...and he did. Unfortunately, I wasn't sold on the A220 and I still had some time with my current car so nothing was done. Let's skip to today, October 6th, when I return to Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines to take a look at the new CLA250. I eagerly waited for about 1 hour to test drive the CLA; I was a little frustrated at the wait time, but I understood it was a Sunday so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was regrettably met by Leo Sorzano, a sales rep, who was noticeably unenthusiastic about assisting me. I expressed to Leo that I wanted to test drive the CLA because I wasn't a fan of the A class. He quickly cut me off to say "If you didn't like the A class because of speed, you will not like the CLA because it is the same engine." I then stated I knew the CLA had more horsepower only to be told "the car is 500 lbs heavier so it cancels out." He proceeded to ask me what other car I was comparing it to and I told him my other option was the BMW 330i. He tells me "yea, that car will be faster." It was clear as day he did not want to let me test drive the car but he still mumbled out "but you can drive it if you want." At that point, the last thing I wanted to do was get into a car with Leo. I had just waited an hour to test drive the CLA only to be shut down in 2 minutes tops. Yet again, here I am, 23 years old, with no sign of respect due to my age. I make my living off of customer service and commission and I would never in my life treat one of clients in this way. I have never been met with such unprofessionalism by someone who I am trying to give my money to. I told Leo I did not want to test drive and that I was not a fan of the customer service to which he said "ok" and quickly walked away. That was it, I left. I called and left the manager a message in which I got no returned call; this was about 3pm. I want to give the manager the benefit of the doubt and assume he was not in office, but I also do not think the very polite receptionist would have transferred me to his direct line if he was not there. So here I am, with one more payment on my current lease, but no decision on which car I will get. I understand Leo does not represent Mercedes Benz as an entity, so I will still consider the CLA, but not from here. This will be the second sale lost due to lack of professionalism by this incredibly rude and demeaning team. I strongly advise you to go to another dealership if you are young because they will not take you seriously. For future reference, Leo, age has nothing to do with a persons' financial standing. First rule in sales is NEVER put yourself in someone else's pocket because you just lost your second sale.

Great experience. I feel very good about the negotiation on my new car lease. Once in the dealer, the end to end car shopping experience from car testing to financing and even to receiving the new car took less time than I had anticipated. My sales rep, Leo, has been very responsive at all times... even after the delivery of the car. Make sure you ask for Leo once in the dealer.

I had a truly unbelievable and surprising experience at Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines. I made an appointment to see a new Mercedes with sales associate Dominic Sparacino. I was just going there to look because I still had two months left on my lease of a BMW X5 and I was planning on testing other cars at a few other dealerships to get the right car at the right price. When I walked into the dealership I planned on waiting a bit for Dominic because that has been my experience in the past at other dealerships when buying other cars. Dominic was at the entrance waiting to greet my husband and me. He was neatly dressed with a warm smile on his face. We drove the car I was looking at the Mercedes Benz GLE 350 year 2020. I absolutely loved it but I was concerned that it would be financially not feasible. When my husband and I met with Dominic after we rode the car I was shocked at how Dominic was so honest to deal with. I expected to be gouged in order to lease the car, but instead I was pleasantly surprised by Dominic‘s easy-going, straightforward and fair approach. Dominic made buying this amazing car easy and painless. Needless to say when we left the Pembroke Pines dealership feeling that we got A very fair deal. I have to admit Dominic’s genuine love for cars, his Straight forwardness And honesty is why we bought vehicle. There’s no doubt that I would recommend the Pembroke Pines dealership to all my friends looking to buy a Mercedes or any luxury car. I hope this dealership realizes the gem they have in Dominic Sparacino He makes buying a car not only an amazing experience but a reality!

While waiting for my Mercedes C300 to be serviced, I decided to check out the Mercedes’ SUVs. My husband and I had been talking over the past weekend and we decided that by the end of the summer, we would get me an SUV. My husband encouraged me to meet with The sales representative that had sold him our C300. Dominic Sparacino was not only friendly, informative, thorough, and honest, but ultimately made it possible for me to drive off with my new Mercedes SUV. Dominic was patient, funny, and detailed upon explaining what the best option was financially to obtain my car. Together with Roberto Contoya, it was easy. The service department is not at par with other MB dealerships when it comes to customer service. I had to wait extensively to get attended. I pre-paid all maintenance and tire warranty and the second part of what I paid became a major issue as there were unjust and hidden charges attached to my most recent service. The service department staff member that worked with me was excellent at taking care of the issue, nonetheless, the following overwhelmingly negative factors do not warrant a next visit from me or from anyone that I know: extremely long wait, the overall experience, the unprofessionalism from other staff members, the stress and disappointments.

To sale you the car or get you hooked on a lease is wonderful, they are wonderful at doing that. But when you go get your car “serviced” first of all there is no loaner cars available. Second they offer you a shuttle to take you home and later pick you up. What is that? That is not “Mercedes Benz” quality. Nonetheless, they told me “your service will take 3 to 4 hours”. I ended up waiting 6 hours for a service. But wait not everything is included in your service... What I pay monthly in order to get my service with no cost does not include the alignment of the tires. Any car dealership where you lease a car would do that service for free but not “Mercedes Benz”. Any outside private owned dealership would charge you $50 for alignment, mercedes charges $200. So whats the big deal about Mercedes Benz? Absolutely nothing. 0 in quality and customer service. Got there at 8am and left at 2:30pm. And all I got from the assistant service manager is “have my card maybe next time we can find you a loaner”. Lol great Quality Service 😂😂 A better quality service would have been “Im sorry i was mistaken of how long your service was going to take, we will align your tires for free” or “ im sorry I didn’t think it would take so long next time I assure you, you will have a loaner car”

I flew from Louisiana to Ft Lauderdale to pick up my car. My paperwork was supposed to be completed before I arrived. I had a to drive over 900 miles to get back home. I was very disappointed that this wasn’t complete. I had sent a photo of my drivers license days before I made the trip. I was never informed that the name on my drivers license had to match the name on my car. I brought my passport, my global entry card my divorce papers stating I was going back to my maiden name. None of that was good enough. I should have been informed before I made the trip. I feel as though it was the sales man mistake. Had I known I would have changed my drivers license before I made that long trip. My bank was going to do my title and Registration, but Pembroke said that wasn’t possible, and yet now my temp tag is expired since Jan 1st!!!! I am very disappointed in the service they provided and would never purchase a car from them again!!!

Just finished purchasing my first “big girl” car at this dealership. And from top to bottom, the absolute best staff out of ANY dealership in the south Florida area. My salesman, Santiago Rey, was amazing with me from the start. The finance director, Tony, worked incredible magic calling all the banks for me to not only get me approved, but to get me a good deal at that. Sergio, in finance, was really great, as well. This staff was 100% transparent from the beginning and nothing like the usual sleezy car sales guys. They legitimately have your back and want what’s best for you. If it wasn’t for them and their hard work and dedication, I wouldn’t have been able to drive off the lot today with my dream car on my favorite holiday. The customer service here is second to none, and I am so happy to be a part of the Mercedes-Benz family.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE. Avoid Santiago Rey and Larry Leon at all costs. This place is basically a sleazy car dealership with a fancy name. They sold us a car with a supposed "Clean Carfax" and Certified Mercedes. The very next day, the Check Engine light came on. Fine, no big deal. I immediately took it the very next morning to Mercedes of Palm Beach. I told the service manager that I had just purchased the car so it was a bummer to have to bring it in less than two days later. Upon initial visual inspection, she said "did you know this car has had rear bumper damage--as well as some front bumper damage?" UMMM WHAT?! She showed me what she was talking about (although, to my untrained eye, I had no idea what I was even looking for). She proceeded to explain it to me. I asked her to have the body shop look at it to tell me what the problem was. After extensive analysis, it came out to about $2600 in repairs for a car that I had JUST purchased. I was, of course, FURIOUS. We called Santiago, our sales manager. We called Larry Leon, HIS manager. We called the General Manager. I explained the situation--that they never disclosed this damage to us (and to the untrained eye--we couldn't see it, but a professional noticed it in about 10 seconds) and had they done so, we would have likely selected another car or asked for it to be repaired before purchasing. Basically, they told us that it was our problem, not theirs. They said, if the car was under the 250 miles/5 DAY warranty, that we could bring it back. Which also brings me to my next point. I drove 160 miles after purchasing--however, when I did the odometer math, it was 224 miles. This WAS my fault for not checking the odometer against the paperwork before I signed it but STUPIDLY, I didn't think it would really matter. I thought people would be honest and have some integrity. Wrong. I live about an hour and 15 minutes from the dealership, so basically I would have had to have it towed back and miss a day of work in order to facilitate the return--which simply wasn't possible. They were unwilling to budge. We asked them to just make it whole and cover the cost of the repairs--they flat out refused (of course) and said it was our problem. They said it must have happened in our possession. Well, let's see--if that were true, there would be some kind of scuff marks on the car or scratches or something--no. There was nothing but a poorly "fixed" problem that they clearly tried to cover. Ansa sadly, had my Check Engine light not come on THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR, I never would have known about the damage. This is far from over and corporate will be hearing from me--weekly, daily, until something is done to rectify this situation. You either need to fire your sleazy, incompetent staff or make them do the right thing. But it's the car business, so I'm guessing you won't. Again, BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I love the car we bought. I found that the sales process took quite a while and was unable to inspect the vehicle in full. Once I took it home I realized that the car had quite a few scratches. In addition some of the internal components are rusty. It would have been ideal to have extra time to take a good look. Now I will have to take the car back to get this fixed. The interior cleaning was done poorly and I had to send photos to show them. Not what I expected from Mercedes-Benz.

The sales process took quite some time. I was unable to inspect my car in full. Once I got home I found quite a few scratches and rust in the interior buttons. Although this is no big deal it’s an inconvenience to have to take the car back to fix. I wasn’t given the code to access the 24 services mbrace. According to the instructions I should have received it at the time of the purchase. It’s a shame that thee details were missed because the car itself is awesome

Xavier responded to inquiries quickly, worked to get the exact car for which I was looking, provided options for the services I requested, negotiated fairly and without forcing me to make a decision when I was not ready. He was available and always helpful in answering all the questions I had. When the time came to complete the purchase, he had everything on his end ready when I arrived at the dealership. He went the extra mile. However, I wish I could say the same for the Finance Department. Our finance agent made us wait hours before looking at our documents. When we finally got tired of waiting, we went to his office and he kept talking on the phone with the finance agent next to him. After a few minutes standing in front of his office, he finally asked us to come in and opened the folder with our documents. The process of signing and completing the sale did not take 20 mins. At that point I was upset, and tired of waiting. The process could have been an amazing experience if Xavier would have been in charge of the process from beginning to end. He would have had us complete the sale in less than an hour, instead of being at the dealership for almost three waiting on the finance department.

Put a deposit down yesterday on a vehicle that I was excited to buy. Took a 1/2 day at work and went down to pay for it. Upon arriving and sitting for a while, I was told that they had mispriced the vehicle by 10,000.00 and they could not honor the price we agreed to on the phone I would like to think someone would double check their own prices but I understand that mistakes happen. However, what followed was a bumbling mess. They send out their floor manager to unpack a story of..... First - they can't help me with any price adjustment Second - no dealer fees is best they can do Finally - $2000 total discount but they are taking a bath on the car Sad to see how an honest mistake could lead to bad customer service. Never again will I take an enjoyable accomplishment in my life to share with Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz. 2014 when I had 10, 000.00 to put down on a new lease E350 they treated me with RESPECT. At the end of my lease I went end two months early to see about purchasing the car. I was referred to the sales person Julia Garcia who enjoyed telling and showing me her new Mercedes and all about her 50% discount she receives as a employee. When she decides to persuade me to get another lease the E300. I informed her that I had no money but she was so persistent that I ended up getting the lease and leaving the car I came with and wanted to purchase. There was some major credit issues that came up at my surprise that were obviously overlooked but Julie wanted to make a sale. I drove off with a car I never intended on getting and had to return it back to Mercedes of Pembroke Pines because my credit was not cleared. I ended up without a car for a month because the lease was not up and the 1,000.00 deposit was not returned to me for over a month. I had to text and call Julie Garcia and the finance manager Carlos who both kept replying that they would send it back to me ASAP. Today is June 1, 2017 and no deposit has been returned. They treated me like trash. I am in the process of getting assistance with this matter. Good Luck customers NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Carlos was very up front and honest. He put my needs first and made sure that every need was taken care of. Carlos added no pressure and was very patient with me. Once I arrived at the dealership, Carlos had everything already prepared, and the actual buying process went very fast and smooth. This was very important to me because I live in Orlando, so I didn't have time to spend the whole day there. I will always remember my experience with Carlos, and it will be hard to beat. When I am in the market for the next Mercedes, I will not hesitate to make the trip down to south Florida, so I can work with Carlos Barberena again.

Rachel was the sales person who sold my Mercedes Benz CLA to me. Rachel was very pleasant when she first called me to assure me about coming in for a test drive. She made sure that I got a great deal on my car. The finance managers were excellent as well in helping to secure the deal.

My great experience began when I met Carlos Barberena my sales person. His attention to detail and willingness to exceed my expectations was amazing! I later met and also dealt with Xavier Cordero the manager there. He is amazing at his Job and from the very beginning took a great deal of ownership at making my entire experience one the best I've ever had. These guys are awesome and I would recommend anyone in the market for a Mercedes to go visit these folks, you will not be disappointed!

I wanted to thank Rafael Torres (Ralph) for helping me with my car purchase. He was patient and did not make me feel rushed. Pembroke Pines is quite a long way from home and to say I was less than enthused about going that far south is a gross understatement. I found staff at the dealership to be personal and welcoming. Mercedez of Pembroke Pines certainly embodies the high standards that Autonation and Mercedes-Benz expects. I am happy with my vehicle.

I have been looking yo buy a Mercedes-Benz for over a month and for one reason or another i was trying to avoid going to mercedez benz of Pembroke Pines at all cost. Well let me tell you. I ended up going after visiting so many "promising dealers" I was treat like if i had million dollar on my bank account.they made me feel like they really want me there. The associate was very clear and professional. The process of getting my vehicle was super fast. His VIP sales person, George Valdes, went out of his way to help us get the best deal possible. Then there was our salesperson, Samantha Gil, that could not have been better. Everyone, from the online sales manager, online salesperson, to the service advisor, made every effort to make the process as stress free as possible. I've purchased cars from other area MB dealers and found that they have an attitude that feels like they're doing you a favor. There has been no such attitude at MB of Pembroke Pines.

This was hands down the best car buying experience ever. Xavier and Kaiser were absolutely the best and extremely professional the entire time. I could tell they genuinely cared about helping me out and although we stayed much later than expected, they maintained smiles and professionalism the entire time. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines because of their amazing staff, high quality vehicles, and amazingly fair deals. It was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive and I would do it again. Loving my car so far too!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how personable the employees were. I felt welcome, and I was not pressured. In fact, I came in the first time to test drive a car, and did not intend to purchase it yet because I was researching. My salesperson, Dane Ortiz, was friendly and helpful, took me on a test drive, and gave me his card for when I was ready. His relaxed and nice demeanor made me come back to buy from him, instead of other salespeople and dealerships I visited. The financing department was equally pleasant to work with.

This was our best new car buying experience ever. We were warmly welcomed by the sales manager Bernard and offered some coffee or water. Our sales person, Xavier Cordero was extraordinarily professional, helpful and responsive to our needs and we felt no pressure, only Xavier's desire to help us select the right car as we told him we were shopping MB, BMW and Lexus. We came in to look at a CLA which was beautiful and handled well, but was not right for my wife. Xavier suggested a C300 which was perfect and gave us a very fair price. So in 2 hours we went from lookers to very happy buyers. Xavier has followed up several times by email to see if everything is OK and see if we needed some help with all the features on our car.
