Residing in Boca Raton, there are probably 4 or 5 Mercedes Benz dealerships that are closer to me than MB of Pembroke Pines. Still, I chose to make the trip and drive down to meet up the salesman I spoke to on the phone, Davison Bohach. Of all the people at various dealerships I had spoken to, Davison was clearly the most professional, kindest, customer-focused and most accommodating of them all. As a man who’s been afflicted with a physical disability, I had to be certain that my new vehicle would suit my specific needs, both in comfort and easy ingress/egress. Once I arrived, Davison made sure that he understood my particular needs, and was amazingly helpful in assisting me with my ultimate purchase. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines, made my transition to this wonderful vehicle as smooth and easy as could be. This Service Department does NOT represent the Mercedes-Benz luxury brand honestly and fairly. They had my car for 48 hours, and failed to even follow up or even call me with the pricing to simply change a flat tire. I called several times simply requesting to please have the manager “Orlando” following up with me. My car was towed from Miami using their Mercedes Road Service and left at their Pembroke Pines service department location. We received a confirmation by the Mercedes-Benz Road Service company that my car was left at their service area accordingly. I called the following morning (8:20am) to check on the status of my car. Christian answered the phone and confirmed my car was NOT on their system, but also stated it was not at their location either. I panicked! I called back several times during the day explaining my Mercedes Benz App pinned my car right at their location. I spoke to several advisors including Carlos, Joseph/John, Christian, a receptionist etc etc. Everyone repeated the same thing: “we will re-check this and will call you right back, but we are confirming your car is NOT here”. The last person I spoke was Carlos. I explained my frustration and even offered to pick up my car if needed and specifically explained I couldn’t wait one more day without an update. People, We are talking about a simple flat tire! Carlos re-assured to me he would pass on my Message and frustration to his manager “Orlando” and that he would certainly call me before their Closing time. Nobody called and at the end they even ignored my calls! The following morning, I called again, I explained to the receptionist, the app showed my car at their location but I also explained my husband drove by on his way home and took a picture of it! I stated my car was right by their door with an orange sticker number on it “2571”. She was rude, and said once again “I was just told your car is NOT here and I have other people on the other line” and proceeded hanging up the phone. Yes folks! This is exactly what you get with this Department, at the same dealership where I purchased this top of the line luxury car. After you buy you car here, you will get POOR, very poor, mediocre, and unacceptable customer service. They left me with no choice than towing my car once again. I towed my car to the Mercedes-Benz Fort Lauderdale location and what a blessing. My service Advisor “Hipotlito” resolved the issue immediately with no problem. He offered open and effective communication, along with outstanding customer service. This Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz location does not care for its customers. It seems they pick and choose WHO, and WHAT to service. They left me with the clear impression a simple flat tire service was not enough profit for them. So they chose to go on with their days normally for 48 hours, ignoring my calls and messages. They felt totally entitled to lie, and to even disregard my several requests for a follow up call accordingly. If you were busy and couldn’t service my car, as a long term honest and loyal Mercedes Benz customer, I was entitled to a simple call back. At least take your time to properly acknowledge my car was at your location with pending status. If the issue was the fact you couldn’t service my car, for whichever reason, I would have kindly chose removing my car somewhere else. But you didn’t offer me a choice. You chose to lie, be rude on the phone, failing to even check the status of my car! Is that how much you Mercedes Benz value their Loyal customers? The answer is no, that is NOT reflective of the Mercedes Benz mission statement and goals with their customer. That is representative of YOUR poor and mediocre service at this location, Not Mercedes-Benz. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Service Department and all the frustration that will come along with their unprofessional and rude customer service. They don’t deserve your business. Not matter how big or small the service, every customer is entitled to a fair and respectful treatment. I’m glad the calls are recorded. The owner should go back and hear all calls, all answers provided by his employees and see an opportunity to re-train or change the staff immediately and place new employees that will truly live up to the Mercedes-Benz brand and clear mission statement. Stop deceiving customers under the “Mercedes Benz” brand and either take down the Mercedes Benz reference name or go ahead and deliver the service and goal you publicly disclosed and promised.

I had purchased Prepaid Maintenance from Mercedes Benz, but when I took my GLC43 for a Warranty Repair the dealership change the oil and filter without previous consent and when only 1,600 miles had passed from the prior change, this car requires the change at 10,000 intervals. I didn’t notice they had done the oil change until more than a year later the prepaid maintenance expired. They aren’t a honest dealership, they knew they had done it incorrectly and didn’t care. Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with in 50 plus year. They sold me a damaged car and actually blamed me for it. Thankfully I took pics of the car before I purchased it. They did a chop shop job making the repair with a horrible paint job and the next week with 150 miles on the car cylinder Block #2 had a leak. I took it to another MB dealership (all owned by AutoNation) and they made a repair but said if the engine light comes back on bring it back. Two days later the engine light came back on and they had to replace the cylinder block gasket which took 5 days. This is a brand new SL 63AMG and has been nothing but problems. I’m battling it out with MBUSA as well but they have been giving me the run around since the 1st week in December. The reps that answer the phones are like car salesman and can’t make a decision. They have been telling me for 6 weeks someone with authority would be calling me back in 24-48 hours. Never received a call or email. I would NEVER buy another Mercedes Benz as they are a second class car manufacturer. They will get a certified letter my attorney in the next few day as their cars are junk and they are trying to take advantage of me as well as the public.

So my wife takes our ML350 because the check engine light is on and my tailgate doesn’t open automatically when we press the button (Reseting the check engine light fixes it BTW) First the diagnostic test is $298. Ok. Then Yasmany says it will take 2 days before they can diagnose the car it took a week. When he calls my wife he tells her it will cost $1200 to fix the tail gate $900 to fix the check engine light issue which was one ignition coil and that she needed to change the front covers as well for a total of almost $4500. You can imagine I had some disbelief and I felt they were trying to get one over on my wife. I called Yasmany and he tells me they charge $298 an hour for “Labor”. He goes on to give me a breakdown of everything and I asked how much was it going to cost to fix the check engine light because that’s what we initially took the car in for. Like I stated before it was $900 because it apparently takes 2 1/2 hours of labor plus parts to change 1 ignition coil. Since we were already on the hook for $298 I just went ahead and had them change the ignition coil. Upon getting my car back my tailgate works because guess what they had reset the computer and clear the codes that they wanted to charge $1200 for. They would have pocketed that money and done zero work. My wife and I have bought for cars from this dealership over the years and we have never had an issue I promise you that there will not be a 5th. Oh and it took well over a week before we got our car back for something that took 2 1/2 hours of labor. Before taking your car to this mechanic shop shop around you will find that you can pay half the price you pay here.

I bought a 2021 C300 4 weeks ago. My experience has been disappointing. First the brakes were squeaking so I had to take it in twice to get new brake pads. Then the washer fluid doesn’t come out and I was told there is something wrong with the pump so I have to take in for that. Both of these things should have been fixed prior to selling. Then I told them my address was incorrect on the papers. It was never fixed so I never got anything from the lender to pay my bill. Now I’m trying to cancel my gap insurance and I was told I don’t even have an active gap policy (even though I paid for it).

The top Security is here! I just escaped and was truly covered by the security when around this accident occurred in front of this dealership. Absolutely the traffic was horrendous and the people were very anxious to get back home around 9 p.m. God told me to make a right. About ready to just chill and I need to chill as well because I'm trying to get to the Fairfield down the street. The officer that hid it so hot you're top-flight security. I pray that everything is ok and that the stall was at least 30-45 mins. O decided that I'm a HRIS "computer" and he watches over me until I'm ready to go. Don't his name but he's my friend now. Good service, Sera was an amazing seller and answered all my questions. The paperwork was an electric signature without fully disclosing all details. The gap they sold me was $1200 and after reviewing at home, they lower it down to $850 and included me another insurance for $350. Numbers aligned but I wasn’t communicated this change.

I went to leave my car due to a recall of the C-300 2022 model. They had to change a part sent from Germany in 3 hours. The result was that they did not have the part, the car was there all day, I did not receive any information that it had happened, the car stunk and it is not working as it should. Tire change - 6 hours - had to call Romeo 10 times and text more. Dropped the car 10am and now it’s 4pm - wife has no way to pickup kids from school. This is the second time this happen (with Romeo) last time he left home without any update. I had to text / call SEVERAL TIMES so he can gives me the honor to call me back or give an update. The only reason I come to this location is because this is the only one who has my tire size . But I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS DELAR AGAIN.

I'm thankful for the service that was done on my car. However, I was not please to fine out that I purchase tire warranty that only covered nails or road debree. That is not was told to me when I was encouraged to purchase. Also, to tell me my warranrty expired 5 days, before my service, which I didnot get my car until 12/27/2020. I think some prevision could have been done to put 2 tires on my car. I have been servicing with you all for for over 20 years.

Joseph Antoine from sales and Carlos Medrano from service are spectacular! Joseph provides his expert option on new vehicles. While Carlos provides is able to fix an issue expeditely. Example I had a tire issue that I thought would take a few days to repair and Carlos worked his magic to get it done in a day!!!! The reason this isn’t rated a five are services that both Antoine and Carlos don’t have control of. The beverages and snacks are limited compared to other Benz stores example Rockville MD. The site claims the restriction is due to Covid but there are alternatives ways to still provide 5-star experience. Additional Customer enhancements like testing out the new vehicles, more apparel options, complimentary car wash, and loaner cars are not available at this site. But the Lyft shuttle option does provide a workaround.

I went in to Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines for service on a coolant leak to the fuel injection. There were no other issues. I was told the cost would be $2,000 and it would be repaired by next day. I was OK with that. . Later, I was told that there was a oil leak, and I told them that it was impossible because I park my car in my garage with a painted floor. I've never seen an oil leak on the garage floor for at least three years with the exception of coolant just recently. I told them to please leave the "oil" alone, because nothing was wrong when I dropped it off. Got my car back the second week in Dec, and didn't really use it for over a week. I work from home, and work was crazy busy the whole week. Guess what? The coolant appears to no longer leak, but now there's an oil leak. It's too much of a coincidence. Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines made the situation worse. Either they were incompetent, or downright deceitful. My guess was incompetence. I'm forgoing the dealership and taking it to a respected mechanic. My guess is that when the dealership "checked my oil" they probably stripped some threads while checking it. Sad. I used to trust the dealerships in the old days to complete a serious job without damaging the car in other areas. Especially complicated jobs. Because of Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines, that's no longer the case.

This is my fifth Mercedes SUV vehicle. I have dealt with other Mercedes dealerships including another Autonation member. The Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines is by far the very worst. These people are horrible and cut you off as soon as your drive off their dealership. I recently purchased a 2023 EQS SUV 450 from this dealership. When I got home I found out that my supposed brand new vehicle was already programmed under someone else. I called and was told to drive it to another dealership to be reset. I was also informed that I was supposed to get a delivery package which includes basic introduction to basic functions of the vehicle. This was never delivered. The finance department is so shady. They set up unauthorized direct payments from my account. I have made several attempts to contact the dealership from the Finance manager, to the sales manager to the General Manager to no avail. I have left messages and it’s been weeks now and am yet to even get a call back. This is my very worst experience ever from any dealership Mercedes or not. If there is any rating lower than one I would rate this dealership without an iota of a doubt.

I was told sometime ago that the engine mounts were rotting as the car had been parked for sometime. So I took it in to Mercedes of Pembroke Pines and service advisor Stephen Hall took care of it and organized a loaner. Car was ready the next day and felt like a new car! Repairs are also warranted. I have serviced my vehicle at MBPP for several years and, generally, I’ve enjoyed excellent customer service. However, my most recent visit was horrible. My service representative (Pedro Rodriguez) did very little to ensure I was informed about the status of my vehicle. In fact, I had to leave a message with the switch board requesting an update on my vehicle. This prompted the service representative to send me a text message stating the nature of the problem, a quote for the repair, and that the part needed to be ordered. I only received a call back from the service representative after replying and asking him to call me directly, so I could get an understanding of the repair needed. Don’t get me wrong, I’m aware it sometimes takes a few days for a part to come in. However, all I asked was to be informed. This situation was made worse on Friday, Dec 2nd. The service representative informed me the part had come in, again by text message. I informed the representative that I was hopeful to get the car back by the end of the day, as I did not have a vehicle. I kindly asked to be informed if the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. By 5 PM, I had not heard from the representative, so I called him and left two messages. After the second message, I called the main number to the service department and was advised the representative was gone for the day and would not return until Monday; it was Friday. I was immediately disappointed the representative did not value my business enough to call me with an update. The next day, I called the service manager and received a proper update on my vehicle. The service manager was great. He apologized for the poor customer service and ensured me that my vehicle would be ready on Monday. On Monday, I received a text message (not a call) late in the day from the service representative that stated “vehicle is ready”. That’s it. When I arrived to the service department to pick up my vehicle, a second service representative took me to the work station of my original service representative. The representative did not acknowledge that I was there and asked the second representative to ring me out. I said thank you and, then he looked at me and said, he was on a call, sorry. The second service representative gave me the bill and I noticed a charge for a battery. I was surprised about the charge which caught the attention of representative, so he asked if my original representative told me about the battery. I replied that he had not, and I added the battery was replaced approximately one year ago and it was in excellent working condition. I told him I was not happy about being charged for a battery that I didn’t need. By this time, I was extremely frustrated, so I paid the bill to end the awful experience. In my opinion, this could have been avoided with better customer service. I am a loyal customer; however, with the horrible service, I am reconsidering a repeat visit.

The Battery they claimed it was checked and it was ok, and when I got my from the service they had to jumpstarted and few days later I had to change the battery. Also the Road assistance service is very lousy and unacceptable. I called to have a new battery replacement and they sent a guy for jumpstart and I called again stating clearing I needed a new battery and they sent again another guy for with jumpstart w/o battery. I decided to take it to a car repair. I lost the whole morning dealing with them

Well before going over to Mercedes of Pines, I was over to BMW of Pines a day earlier. The level of customer service is between night and day in comparison. Yes, the BMW in Pines is under renovation and using a temporary trailer to conduct business, but there is no excuse for the sales team to run out of steam. I had the appointment for a 7.00 pm and simply no incentive to offer a test drive. In the end I bought EQS SUV from Pines after exhaustive searched for the EQS sedan in black with beige seats did not pan out.

I'm a regular customer, and have been, for years. The fact that I can say that, should tell you all you need to know about the quality of service I've experienced. It's my wife's car and she's the person who takes the car for service. Stephen Douglas ALWAYS make her feel comfortable on her visits. Stephen explained to her, in detail, services being done to her car. Stephen even called me to pass on that same information and recommended future needed service. I was also emailed a copy of the vehicle detailed inspection. That's what I call being thorough. Like I said in the beginning, customer for years. My wife brags about how clean the facility is, and they washed her car at no charge on every visit.

Had an appointment at 11:00 AM, got there at 10:50 and had to wait an hour before the service advisor called me up. He was not at his desk when I arrived, and showed up about 45 minutes after my appointment. Recall was supposed to take 2 hours, but after 5 hours had to call him to find out if the car was ready. When I got to the dealer to pick the car, he was no longer there and the invoice was not completed; so, someone else had to finish his work. Not very happy with the experience and will be asking for a new advisor on my next service.

Miguel Carou gave 10 star customer service and Sergio Deleon was also outstanding from the finance department. If you want to speak to manager wait in line with the employees. You get better service buying an American made car or another dealer. went to another dealership next day and bought the Mercedes from their better service. What lost them the sale was the service and there pricing was a little higher but mainly the Custmer service was horrible

Had auto shipped from MB of pembroke pines in Florida to Charlotte NC. My Auto still had fine scratches throughout the paint. I was told that the car would receive a polishing and wax job. Apparently it was not done. I paid for the auto with a Cashier's Check from my Credit Union but Daisy in Title Dept. still did not ship my Title work until 2 weeks later. The "EXCUSE" I received was the dealership was waiting on the check to clear. IT WAS A CASHIER'S CHECK PEOPLE!!! The BEST part of my experience was my salesman: Larry Leon - Very professional honest man. His communication is unmatched. I can not hold him responsible for his co-workers LACK of professionalism. If you're looking for a salesman whose approach is without coercion. Larry Leon is your man!! The ONLY reason customer service gets 5 Stars is because of Larry Leon!!! Thank you Larry *****Update: After reaching out to the GM, the issues was never rectified.

Worst experience ever. We took our GLS to this dealership to take off the recall, finally the vehicle stayed in service for 10 days, because guys who work there didn’t know how to fix it. Also when we picked up the car afterwards, it was already a NEW RECALL, that guys didn’t check and didn’t fix. Customer service is on poor level, communication is on poor level as well. Loaner vehicle hasn’t been provided as well.

I brought my car in for a check engine light… turns out it was a fuse.. Pedro Rodriguez is the best service advisor! He is professional and he remembers his clients which makes me feel like I’m still important even after I’ve bought my car. My issues were resolved with a minimal wait time, they corrected two recalls and Pedro personally went out and checked the car when they were done. This is one of the reasons why I drive a certified Mercedes..

From the first few moments until the very last I was welcomed and catered to my needs. The sales team( Moe Cisneros and John Cook) did a great job guiding me on my first Mercedes purchase, and getting the best deal possible for me. Routine service took four days, no loaner was available, car interior was very dirty when car was finally returned, tires were NOT balanced to requested specifications and communication was poor. We wonder if the rest of the work was done well. This is an AMG lease and we are accustomed to MUCH better service

We have used this dealership for service to our AMG high performance convertible. This is our first seriously disappointing encounter with the Service Department (new person) who literally told us "It is not my (his) job to check your car" for proper repairs. Our earlier service person of many years, "Alexx" was OUTSTANDING and we NEVER had such hassle or drivel. Our car was NOT clean inside when it was returned, no one checked it first, we paid for a tire balancing, they were NOT balanced. We were told "Bring it back and we will do those things". We waited FOUR days for a simple break-pad replacement, two new tires and two new hubs. Not rocket science. Alex left the dealership and took a promotion as a Director at a Lambroghini dealership. The "New" guy is, to put it mildly, "Less than effective

I am a first time Mercedes owner after 3 Fords, 2 Chevys and 2 VWs. I was expecting something in the way of a Mercedes experience. I recently had my vehicle in for annual service. I was told at the time of purchase that service included a wash - no wash provided. Waiting area - no different from a Chevy dealership or newer Tire Kingdom. Was I expecting an executive airport lounge? No, but at least something. Vehicle pick-up upon leaving - terrible. After completing paperwork with the service advisor I was to wait 20 minutes for the valet to get my vehicle. Why didn't the service advisor have the vehicle prepared while completing paperwork??? Then the valet positions my vehicle with no way forward to leave - completely blocked. I asked now what? I was to back up 25 yards (no exaggeration) into a 90 degree turn, then forward. What was the valet thinking? Simple answer: he wasn't thinking. Mercedes employees fail to understand that everyone is in the sales business. They should all be selling the Mercedes experience and they failed.

Had 3 Mercedes pre covid. Then i8 (with excellent BMW service) back again now with another Mercedes and taking car back in for 8th time (4-5 for bizarre electronic issue that I don't blame them for.) Post covid era after all these experience I can service has been uniformly disappointing. Now taking in for Air-conditioning for 2nd time this year. The level of attention and delays do to staffing and parts etc simply not up to previous standard. I suspect they find it easier to blame covid then put in the effort to get back to their precovid standards

My issue is not with the dealership as a whole. I take issue with an individual salesperson that misrepresented to me what steps he had taken to inform the management team of the details of our business transactions. I agreed to purchase on line, sent a copy of the out of town Credit Union draft 24hrs prior to traveling from Louisville to Florida and when I arrived, I was informed that my method of payment could not be accepted. The management staff was exceptional in trying to make amends for the dishonest and disingenuous actions of their sales person. They accommodated me to the best of their abilities, but my purchase experience was forever marred. I left a premier dealer with a premier automobile, but I received a sub par 5 minute overview of the auto to top off the poor business transaction. The car , the management, the dealership were all great, but the experience was equal to a trip to the dentist and price was not the issue.

I don’t live that close to the dealership, so when Hurricane Ian delayed my travel plans he even met me on his day off to finish my purchase so I wouldn’t have to drive back to Miami area a different day. Alex Ruiz is always pleasant to work with. It was my first time to use a car loaner. When I went to return the car, The person who was supposed to direct me to the next stop or guide me what to do next was not there. The guy sitting in the front (i think he deals w/ parts) told me to wait as the person is probably helping someone. After 5 mins or so, a guy came to get the keys from me but did not say anything else. Waited another 5 mins or so which seemed like eternity. Someone passed by and I asked what to do next- I was told to just wait. After standing in the front and being bypassed by many workers for over 20 mins, I asked what to do next. Someone was nice enough to say I need to return to Alex Ruiz. That entire time wasted standing due to poor customer service is just unacceptable.

I took the car in at 0700 am and was very upset cause nothing was done to it. This is the first time it happy to me with the sale representative morales. Pembroke Pines has a horrible IVR solution and associates have dropped my call numerous times when I wanted to purchase a maintenance package from their finance department. You have to call 4-5 times to get a person on the line to talk. I had to walk-in to make that purchase and even then there was no one to receive and guide the customer. I got the maintenance package and then scheduled my service appointment. They offered me the next day for service if I could drop off but the wait time for next loaner car was 4 weeks! Okay this is still a complimentary service so I can ignore that. 4 weeks later the service day arrived. Check-in went smooth and the associate helping me said the car was ready for pickup the same day. So I went over and paid the outstanding amount. The valet informed me that they could not find my car. I had to wait 45 minutes as they manually searched for my car in their lot!!! Some engineers from Mercedes Germany randomly inspected my car and had left it on the car lift. This Mercedes service center and showroom needs to pull its act together. It is not typical for Mercedes customers (or any customer) to be treated with such apathy!

Waited 20 minutes for porter to bring my car the day AFTER is was completed, after he ate candy, chatted up other employees as several customers stood and waited. I’ve never received worse service anywhere, not just including dealerships, than I did at the Mercedes Benz Pembroke Pines location. I went in and was not greeted kindly. The salesmen, Carlos, was not welcoming, in fact he didn’t want to attend me and belittled me. The salesmen told me the car was mine after closing in on a deal and congratulated me for the purchase. I came back to sign the next day and the car had been sold to someone else. After receiving such terrible service and being told the car had been sold to another customer, I wanted to speak to the manager regarding it and he did not receive me; he didn’t want to speak to me.

i am pretty disappointed with Mercedes of Pembroke Pines. I test drove two vehicles, a white and a blue suv. I really wanted the white one but the salesman kept insisting that the blue was much better because the white was boring. When I finally decided to get the white, then he pointed out the AC was not working, so I decided to go with the blue one. After all the paperwork was done and I was picking up the vehicle, he then told me the AC was fine in the white suv, the AC button was not depressed. The very next day the salesman called and I told him I really did not want the blue and I wanted to change it for a white one, he then told me that the return could not be done and I would lose money. Come to find out, I had five days to return the vehicle. A week after the purchase I returned to the dealer because they needed to activate something so the app would work. We spent over an hour waiting for the salesman to try to fix it and he couldn’t. He then told us he would call us back the next day, however that was about a week ago. I have only had this vehicle for a little over two weeks and I’m not happy at all and I feel very deceived.

While I am happy with the EQS that I bought, am very disappointed with the After-Sale support. Be aware and don't accept any used license plate from this dealer. My new car has been registered by this dealer on a USED license plate. That license plate has been heavily used by this dealer (or a previous client of theirs) for toll roads. While Sunpass claims that it is now my license plate and I am in charge of the charges, I settle the amount and am seeking a refund from this dealer. This dealer is just unresponsive and doesn't seem to care much. The Finance Manager Mr Sgroi and the Sale Manager Mr Baldor just haven't taken care of the issue. Emails have been sent and multiple voicemails have been left. To the fellow car buyers out there. Be careful. It's sad - you would expect premium service from a Mercedes Dealer.

I had the most pleasant experience. Allister Harry was knowledgeable and attentive to my questions/concern. He pays attention to detail and makes sure you understand. I am in love with my GLB 250 - it is my dream car and I was able to get it with all the features I wanted. I was able to get my brand new car home within hours!! He also followed up with me a few days later asking if I had any questions and made himself available for any questions I might have. He stated that his service didn’t end after leaving the dealership. Amazing customer service. Definitely will recommend!! I am extremely happy and satisfied.

Went there to get my car serviced after booking an appointment. Even though I had prepaid for 3 years of service, I was told that due to some mess up, the prepaid service option is now disabled. Had to go and speak to the finance guy and had to come back again after few days. Thia time I was promised that, service will be completed in 2 hours, so, I decided to stay back. And the 2 hours wait turned to a 5 and half hours wait. Highly disappointing sales and service team. Not to mention the buying experience of the vehicle wasn't great either.

The Sales Representative was excellent. A Representative attempting to deliver the sale for another client/customer was very vocal and demonstrated poor customer service on the sales floor. Comments were made at a volume high enough for all customers in the surrounding area including name calling. It's clear that the seller and not the customer was more important here.

With my extended service policy I brought my 2015 in for A/C failure to cool. It was in for 4 days and unable to find the problem. Just filled up my vehicle with freon. Again A/C failure to cool, brought it back in a second time, and an inexpensive hose was changed. Problem is still not solved. Meanwhile, my $4,000 extended warranty expired but my A/C is still not working. Third time, I brought it in for the same problem. Expecting Chris, service manager, to repair the problem that was never fixed. He now tells me that my car needs a new evaporator which mysteriously went bad all of a sudden. now he wants me to pay $6,400 to replace Evaporator, which was the original problem that they said they could not find. According to Chris, there are only 4 parts to an A/C system. I feel that this is a crime of stalling an expensive repair job until after my warranty had expired and failing to remedy and complete a necessary replacement part repair intentionally due to the large job cost. I am very unhappy with this dealership service department and the practices of Chris, it's service manager. I expect nothing less than a full evaporator replacement and complete A/C repair to complete my warrantied original complaint of failure of A/C to produce cold air. I expect this work to be done for no additional charges to me. I am ready to take this complaint to the owners legally if not satisfied. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. I got to the dealer at 11am to change the batteries of my car and Mr, Carlos Medrano told me that the car will be ready the same day. At 3pm I asked is it was going to take any longer and he said that he was going to check, when he got back I was told that the car will be ready the following day so he was going to send me home in a Lyft. I asked him why he didn't mention it before because I haven't eaten anything the whole day, he said he didn't know. I even couldn't go to work today.

(Translated by Google) The worst service I have ever had! Request an appointment through the internet platform for my Sprinter van 1 month in advance. With a week left for that appointment, I called to make a quote for some brakes and they told me that I had to cancel the appointment I had because they were not receiving vans since they were full and that I would lose the trip to the service center. It seemed very strange to me, but in any case, I agreed to move the appointment to a date that they would receive it (15 days later). The day of the appointment I went and they informed me that the service would take a day, but since I had a burned out bulb and an electric window that did not work (they are under warranty) they would take another day. We have been waiting 3 days for the van for a simple 30,000 mile service and a power window fix and a light bulb change. It is the last straw that they play like this with the time and money of the clients since in my case, it is my work van and an entire family depends on it. I have lost 3 days of work due to your inefficiency and irresponsibility when taking appointments. What to do about all the damage caused? On the second day I called the service representative and he said that they were already fixing the window, so I told him to leave it like that, that I couldn't waste any more time and that I was going to pick up my van, but later he said that the service hadn't started either , which had to wait until the next day. Solicite una cita por la plataforma de internet para mi van Sprinter con 1 mes de anticipación. faltando una semana para esa cita llame a hacer una cotización de unos frenos y me dijeron que debía cancelar la cita que tenia porque no estaban recibiendo vans ya que estaban llenos y que perdería la ida al centro de servicio. Me pareció muy raro pero de todas maneras acepte en mover la cita para una fecha en la que si la iban a recibir (15 días después). El día de la cita fui y me informaron que el servicio tardaría un día, pero que como tenia una bombilla fundida y una ventana eléctrica que no funcionaba (están en garantía) se tomarían un día mas. Llevamos 3 días esperando la van por un simple servicio de los 30.000 millas y el arreglo de una ventana eléctrica y el cambio de una bombilla. Es el colmo que jueguen así con el tiempo y el dinero de los clientes ya que en mi caso, es mi van de trabajo y depende una familia entera de ella. llevo 3 días de trabajo perdido por su ineficiencia e irresponsabilidad al tomar las citas. Que hacer al respecto con todos los danos ocasionados? al segundo día llame al representante de servicio y dijo que estaban arreglando ya la ventana, entonces le dije que la dejaran así, que no podia perder mas tiempo y que ya iba a recoger mi van, pero después dijo que no habían empezado tampoco el servicio, que tenia que esperar hasta el siguiente dia. Trabajan con el tiempo de la gente y dicen mentiras.

Being at a Mercedes Benz dealership and looking to purchase a 2014 Beetle, I wasn't expecting to be treated as if we were buying an expensive Mercedes. I completely understand it was my error in leaving the item in the vehicle, but the lack of concern & zero empathy is troubling. I sold my vehicle on 7/23 & apparently was sent to an auction already but there was no effort to assist in finding the vehicle - just basically telling in a matter of fact fashion that it was cleaned out & everything thrown away. How is this known? In addition, my lien holder has not received any payment. We can?t continue to use Covid as a reason for slow delivery if the process was done in a timely manner. I was considering purchasing a GLC 300 from this dealership when I sold my Audi Q5 to them?& even afterwards. But not anymore. My experience since that sell has been nothing less than terrible!

We love our GLE. Mercedes are in my opinion the top of the line in lux this is our third Started with a C class the E class now GLE SUV. We have had a couple of BMW the 650 M and Porsche GTS Cayenne and Cadillacs came back to Mercedes and will never go back to another brand.

MB of Pembroke Pines provides excellent service on older models. I have a 2001 SLK230 and 2011 C300. PP has kept my vehicles in top running condition, so I have no need to buy a new car. I went in for service because a message about the brake pads and my brake light indicator came on. I made my appointment 12 days in advance and was told they wouldn?t have a loaner car available. I asked about a rental car and was told my appointment would be notated for a rental. Got there and I had the worst experience ever. First of all, my GLE 350 only had 23,776 miles when I drove in. I was there for all of 5 minutes when I was told that I?d need brake pads all around the vehicle and possibly rotors!!!! Yes, an almost new vehicle and my advisor told me I would need pads and rotors at my own expense. I?m like xxx!!! I asked him to show me. After about and hour and for five minutes, I recorded a text message with pictures of what I was told was my vehicle. I didn?t know what I was looking at. I asked to see the pads on my vehicle for an explanation against the pictures. (Oh, I?d have to take the tires off is what I was told)! While sitting in my advisors office, I heard another advisor tell to another to write a customer up and to put him in a loaner! Yes, I was told that there wasn?t any loaner but here this customer 2 hours after me and he?s being given a loaner car. I brought it to the attention of my service advisor and without him even checking, he brushed me off telling me oh, maybe he made his appointment in advance. I also made my appointment in advance but this guy didn?t even take the time to check. Initially he told me that there wasn?t any loaners and my appointment was not noted for a rental. At this point I was furious! I was about to be robbed of $1700 for a brake and router job on my semi new vehicle and they were making me sit there and watch! Oh no! I asked about the cars warranty, I asked if this was a mistake, I asked why and how not only the brakes but the rotors were bad also? Mind you, I thought it was just the sensors that had gone bad. I had no difference in the way my car felt when I braked. No vibration, no squeaking, nothing! What was going on. Beware of Mercedes? of Pembroke Pines service department! They are definitely not honest and will ROB you when it comes to repairs. I was under major stress dealing with this issue. I spent a lot of time on the phone making calls and complaints! After 2 days off a lot of back and forth, I was able to get the issue resolved in partly my favor. $2100 turned into $250 deductible which I still think was an unfair charge. My insurance should?ve never had to get involved to pay for any parts of this less than 3 year old vehicle rotors. I?m totally turned off from Mercedes? after this experience. My lease is up in a couple months. I?ll be taking my business else where.

I took the car this morning, since it was the second time, that it had problems with the module that controls eps, neutral mirror, first they told me that I had to leave the car, to check it and they do not have a spare car, this being a lease Given so much insistence, with the cris tai manager, 4 hours after being at the dealership, they call me and tell me that the car below has a physical blow, that the warranty does not cover it, they had to be a diagnosis at 220 dollars the time and then they would give me an estimate and I had to pay these costs, that is, it is a total lack of respect, I have not had an accident and now they say that the car has a physical blow, in the end I leave the dealership with the car without arrange. It is a total lack of respect! And if the car really has a physical blow, it must have been handled by the workshop. There are no blows to any part of the bodywork, and I have vehicle protection plus insurance and they didn't want to fix it.

Eddy was our service advisor. It was a Saturday, you know how that can be, but our vehicle was ready & washed by the time he said it would be. Another thing, my settings for mirrors, seats, windshield washers, lights, radio, etc, were not changed, & I did get new windshield wipers. A plus for me when my settings are not changed or returned as I had them.

I am BEYOND disappointed in the most recent service I have received for my G Wagon. Communication is poorly done between the service agent and the service manager. I drove 45 mins to go pick up my vehicle (after being told it was ready to get picked up) just to find out when I arrived that it was NEVER completed and needed to stay for an additional day! I was told with NO REASON why it needed to stay (even when I asked). This incident was just icing on the cake from other issues I’ve had with the service agent Carlos. Before this, ( which I never left a review about because I wanted to brush it under the rug) communication between the service agent and I have been horrible! Anytime Ive called to check on my car for pick up, he NEVER ever answered a single phone call of mine. The he tells me that he doesn’t really listen to his office VM’s. ( so why do you even have a office phone) and the best way to reach him is by text/call on his cell phone (okay). After getting this info from him, I’ve tried to contact him on the status of my vehicle through his requested method of communication and his response was still the same….. ZERO! Please don’t tell customers one thing and completely do another. Now with this most unacceptable experience with my vehicle not being ready after I was told it was ( and was given a $60 dollar - I’m sorry I messed up discount) I will never come back here and will find another Mercedes dealer to service my G Wagon. I won’t be burned again by this place and with the horrible customer service to top it top. I would be a complete fool to ever come back here again.

I bought a used 2020 GLS 450 and two tires had nails in them. I have to come back for their recall to fix a electrical problem that they could of taken care while car was for sale. The transmission is making a clunking sound. Tires should of been rotated. Bottom line their inspection of used cars are horrible

they charged me about 850.00 for the 30,000 mile service and they didn't even put water on the windshield I asked them what the 30,000-mile service included because it was a bit expensive and they couldn't give me an honest or specific answer. my car had 35,000 miles and the advisor was pushing for the 40,000 mile service and I asked him what the difference was and he answered that it was a more complete service and again he did not know how to give me a specific answer but what he did tell me that the 40,000 mile service was going to cost me about 1,500.00 dollars for being a more complete service

February 3rd, I've received email from the dealer I have schedule maintenance appointment on February 17th. (I never made any appointment) On 16th Feb, I called the dealer for the confirmation on the appointment but they couldn't find my appointment. (So, I rescheduled for 19th at 2PM). On 18th Feb, the dealer shop cancelled my appointment with out notifying me. (When I called it is because I was getting 'B' service and takes about 4-5 hrs to do so.) I had to rescheduled the appointment for earlier time at 10:00 AM. When I met the 'advisor' I was told the service was going to be 'A' service. The advisor said I already got the 'B' service. So, I explained the advisor I got my car when it was 17000 miles and did not get the 'B' service at 20000 mile as advisor was claiming. (He had no proof) So the advisor told me it was going to be B service and he will call me when it was done. About 3 hrs later the service was done and it was 'A' service. So the advisor lied for the second times. What kind of business is this? Stop wasting people's time! I want some answers and there better be some action against this dishonest 'advisor'. (By the way, my car was showing 'service B due in 1200 miles' this morning)

The service tech detected that I had a fuel line loose at the back of my engine there was something wrong with the coolant function for my radiator and they fixed my air condition problem. Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to go to the Fort Lauderdale location. I was racially profiled at this location but gladly spent my 85k at the Fort Lauderdale location. It seems as if this location thinks people of color cannot afford nice cars. I approached a sales person (yes I had to approach them they did not come to me) and he automatically assumed we wanted a used car and even after we said new he kept saying used car. He had no interest in even showing us the car. He was condescending the entire time. I was so turned off I contemplated getting a Porsche instead but thankfully they were much nicer at the Fort Lauderdale location. I’ve also heard others complain about the same issue at this location. Be aware.

I'd been searching for a car for 2 months. I saw this Infiniti Q70 at Mercedes Benz Pembroke Pines at the beginning of my search but the price was more than my budget could pay. Long story short....2.5 months later I was online and this same car popped up. Tuesday January 25th I called Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines spoke to salesman named Miguel Santelises answered the call. He confirmed the vehicle was still available. but was heading to auction the next day. I told him NO!!!!! I am on my way from Delray Beach to see it. He said I'll see in about 15 to 20 minutes. I told him no more like an hour to an hour 30 minutes as I am driving over 60 miles from Delray Beach to the dealership. Upon my arrival Miguel had the car out front and running ready for me to test drive. I fell in love with the car. Told told him I'll be back the next day to purchase cash/check and I did. Drove it home to Delray in the pouring rain. Next morning (Thursday) the car wouldn't start, center vents weren't blowing, and a few other things were not coming on. My husband came to give the car a jump to get it started, but the battery charge didn't hold. I called Miguel and he made arrangements for me to take the car to Mercedes Benz of Delray which is exactly 1minute from my home. Mercedes Benz Delray tested the car and determined it needed a new battery. They ordered one from Coconut Creek Infiniti and told me the car will be ready for pick up on Friday January 28th. I picked up the car and have driven it everyday since then with absolutely no issues. I texted Miguel to thank him for everything and I will be saving his number for my next car purchase.

I arrived with a nail in one of my run flat tires. I was taken care of immediately. Because I had purchased my tires three months prior from the dealer, the tire was covered by the dealer warranty. A new tire was put on free of charge. I just paid for the installation a few dollars. My service writer told me any damage done to the tires for the first year was completely covered. After the first year, the tires are prorated. Considering run flat tires cannot be repaired, this is a major selling point to purchase tires from the dealer. I was very pleased with the service. .us my car was returned squeaky clean!

Roberto Monduy, Mercedes Benz service technician was excellent. He identified cause for abnormal engine pulsation and videotaped this defect (right side high pressure pump malfunction). He also replaced both inner + outer boots on left side axle which were leaking grease. The vehicle now runs like a fine tuned racing car. Thanks also to Rick Castro--Service Director and Pedro Rodriguez--Service Advisor.

I?ve owned Mercedes-Benz since 2006, maintenance and extended warranty claims are seem to always be a challenge. In the past warranty claims have been denied with mixed messages from different dealers. Christian from Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines has easily been the best customer service rep I?ve dealt with. He is very helpful, takes his time to explain everything and is quick to respond. Other customer service reps are just plain lazy and not honest. I brought my car in for an all points check up because I am going on a long driving trip. Stsphen Douglas, service writer, took good care of me. I also had an issue with the battery being critcally low after a few days. This was checked out, and the battery was replaced at no cost. It was also easy to get a loaner vehicle.

However today, I feel obligated to respond. Let me begin by saying, that I sat waiting for my car to be serviced and all I did was observe, and what I witnessed was very pleasing. Most of the service advisors with the exception of one agent seem to be focused, motivated and willing to help everybody, very refreshing. Being a business owner, I understand that employees are a direct reflection of the management team and its obvious that management is on the ball. I met Enrique the service manager and I was right, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and in touch with his staff. I love this dealership. However, every time I take my vehicle for service I am told nothing is wrong. Meanwhile, my vehicle shakes every time I am breaking on the highway from high speeds. This is the perfect place to purchase a vehicle. Not so perfect place to get service though. Most everyone is friendly, but the service always feel like they've done nothing.

I brought the truck in on Thursday May 6th for appraisal. I they looked at the truck and I waited an hour for the quote, I was told that things ?at corporate? were slow and they would call me with the appraisal. On Saturday May 8th, I received a call from the acquisition rep that they still wanted to purchase the vehicle, and that the quote was $28,500. I confirmed the number twice, because it was a very good price. I agreed to come in and sell, canceling appointments to sell to Carmax for $25,200 and at Autobuy. When I arrived, the process started smooth, and the sale price was never mentioned again. After signing all of the documents, the second to last page was the set sales price of $24,500. I pointed out the change, and they expressed confusion and surprise. At this point, I had already signed over the title and other documents. They did raise the quote to meet Carmax but made no attempt to otherwise rectify their getting me there under false pretenses. I left a review on google. They responded same day, saying please give us a call we want to make it right. I called. They did not acknowledge the message, a basically communicated ?tough luck, you didn?t have to come here.? I have never had such a poor experience with such blatant dishonesty and indifference.

Mark Isaia gets 5 stars Everyone else I dealt with zeros, Robert Montoya never returned phone calls or emails, personality of an alligator. The other managers did not return phone calls on a 60,000 internet purchase. Patience is a virtue, one of the worst dealerships I ever dealt with, for example, I bought the wheel and tire insurance, $2800.00 only to find out it didn?t cover cosmetic issues, the car had one wheel repaired when I bought it because I saw damage on a photo, when the car was delivered the other three were damaged. $250.00 per wheel to fix so I ended up spending $1000.00 to have them all powder coated. I have bought many cars over the internet so I wasn?t expecting this, especially from a Mercedes dealership at this price point on a used super truck. Be wary internet buyers, all not as it seems here

Steven Douglas saves the day! When I arrived there was a backup in the service entrance. There were cars blocking the way and it didn't appear organized. I called Steven and in about 5 minutes, it was cleared up and the attendant was at my window. If this area were more organized it would be great. That said, Steven made all the difference and gave me personal attention. Steven is an amazing advocate for superior customer service!

We were expecting better service than the one we recorded. The salesman was great, however there were big lack of communications between management and the finance department. Due to that issue my credit report was ran twice. The magnet should have apologized for the many issues we encountered. It's expected to spend time at the dealership, but not almost 8 hours. And that was because of the lack of communications. Once we signed the papers we felt we were just another stat. We had to go back because of minor issues with the vehicle and have to admit Joseph, salesman, has been very helpful. In my opinion they need to work on customer service.

We "ended up" at Mercedes in Pembroke Pines after a terrible experience at Mercedes in Miami. Although my husband had purchased his used Benz SUV in Miami, they had no interest in working with us when we walked in inquiring about a used Benz. I found Moises Abadi at Pines through a simple internet click and turned out to be the best thing! The car we initially were interested in was not available but he immediately shifted to helping us find a car. This is when most people just said, "Sorry, we sold it." He didn't pressure us in any way and the process was fast. He was extremely helpful. We went went from having no car---and not even a car available-- to having completed the sale in about 4 hours. He found a vehicle that had just came in and had only been at the dealership one day. Considering I was being pretty specific about car size and price, I would have NEVER found a car if Moises had not committed to helping us as I kept losing cars at various MB dealerships all over the state! This is our 3rd purchase at a Mercedes Benz dealership in Florida and he was the most helpful sales person we've encountered. We also had the pleasure of working with Anthony Bolanos and he was also super friendly, very helpful and quick with paperwork.

First of all: If you are looking for a certified pre-owned Mercedes, then its all the same to which dealership to go, because you basically can find the car that you want online, and go to any of the dealerships and if they don't have it, they can get it transferred to their location and you check it out at your convenience. For example, if you found a car online and its location is in Mercedes Benz Miami, you can go to MB Pembroke pines and they will get it to their location and u check it out. If you are going to purchase a Mercedes, make sure you talk to someone who own a Mercedes before you walk in to the dealership. This will give you a very different insight about what to expect from a MB. My experience with Pembroke pines was nice, Carlos Flores was really helpful and friendly. He is always available to help and answer all questions. And so far I am happy with my purchase.

I have been to service department for my tires twice within a year. Steven and Christian were very helpful and professional. One feedback I have is to have the valet guys be more attentive when guests pull up, no matter what car they drive. I don’t drive a Mercedes but I have a tire package through AutoNation so I bring my car here. Both times I went, the valet guys see a Range Rover and they just stare, then go about their business, like I’m lost. Needless to say, I had to go inside and explain to someone what I’m there for.

Extremely disappointed in Mercedes Pembroke Pines. We got a lease GLA on October 15. Right off the dealership, I noticed (among other things) that the two left tires were almost flat. The car was also significantly pulling left, GPS not working, Car Play not working. I stopped at the gas station to put some air in it, thinking that they might have forgotten to check the car (which is already a shame). I emailed them right away and sent 3-4 other emails to date. NO ANSWER. I called customer service, they said they couldn't do anything. Great! What I need is not too complicated: a functioning GPS, 2 new tires and an alignment. I now understand why it's the country of litigation. Unless you take people to court, they don't care. Well....

Unfortunately, the tire pressure light for the rear tires came on as soon as I got into the car, the maintenance warning light was still on despite just finishing the service and it is still on, and the passenger side lane turning warning light now stays on longer and for no reason whatsoever.

I went to replace one of the mounting/jack holder. This piece should be flushed with the vehicle but it’s not so if you go over a curb, it snaps off. The piece is economical but the labor is more than double the price to glue back in. The total wait time was 5 hours to replace that piece, update software and receive receipt to pay. They didn’t even replace the license plate holder as they promised, mine defective. The final cost of the repair was more than what they quoted me 3 days prior when I committed and agreed to do the necessary work with them. There were no snacks, loaners or ride over to your residence which was less than 10miles away. I heard that Mercedes provides such great customer service but that was not the case in this one at all. I will never visit this Mercedes dealership again.

Was trying to wait until all the issues were resolved before reviewing this dealership anywhere, but my patience has run out. After-sale customer service has been abysmal. They're very quick to reach out and ask about getting their perfect review to MB Corporate, but not when the customer actually needs assistance. Been going back and forth with this dealership for three weeks after my temporary registration/plate has expired and have gotten no where. I've spoken to my salesman, the sales manager, the finance manager, and been in touch with AutoNation via Twitter, email, and chat and still have a car that's illegal to drive. Been told multiple times a new temporary tag was being overnighted to me and I still have nothing. I guess expecting any sort of customer service after dropping almost six figures on a new Mercedes was too much to ask. Feel like I'm getting the run around at a Kia dealership.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase due to the customer service provided by John Cook. He thoroughly responded to all my questions and was able to run numbers via phone (instead of having to go in, which is a bit far from me). When I arrived, the car was ready for a test drive and paperwork didn't take too long. The new tag and title was ready for me as well. Excellent experience with sales associate Tom Lombardic, who was ethical, experienced and highly efficient. Of note: He had made a verbal price promise to me in September, which he smoothly fulfilled, months later, without needing to be prompted or pushed. This meant a lot to me., as I have a distaste for haggling. He is now proved to be someone who can be trusted to keep his word. Now I’ll be the one to remember — to ask for him again next time. Additionally, dealership offers a concierge who devotes an hour to patiently showing you all the dials and settings. Mine was Samantha— really helpful. I even went back a few days later to review a few things and she cheerfully came out to my car. The car itself is gorgeous and safe. It’s my 4th Mercedes, (after a decade away with Lexus), and I’m glad to be HOME again. Too soon to comment about their service department but I will not hesitate to do so after first service.

I went there few days ago and explained what was the problem with my car. The service advisor had no idea how long was the power train warranty on my car, took the car, wrote down the issue and I left. He called me after 6 hours to tell me what the problems were and ofcourse the cost for repairs ( according to them non of the problems were covered by the warranty). I can’t put into words how grateful I am for all the people at this location. From the receptionist to the financial department, they made sure to remain pleasant and gave me the best deal possible. Will never take a car to this dealer for service again. Made an appointment with for 11 AM same day with shuttle service home. My wife arrived ahead of appointment time and was told no record of appointment. After an hour got a ride home. Car was scheduled for a regular service and had an ac issue, not blowing cold. No call back from the dealer at all on Monday. On Tuesday, repeated phone calls were not returned despite being told someone would call back. Finally recieved a call late in day saying there was a leak and they had not found it and would call the following morning. No call the next morning, at 1 we started calling again. We were not calling to complain about how long a repair was taking but simply to determine how long it would take. (We would need to make arrangement to rent a car if time was extended) After several calls, left voice mails or live person promises that someone would get "right back to us", my wife gave up and turned over to me when a call promised with " he is returning to his desk and will call you now" had not occurred 30 minutes later. I called the dealership to speak to the general manager, no luck. Over the next 30 minutes I made repeated calls to speak to the service manager or any manager that would pick up the phone. Fijnally a salesmanager advised he was transferring my call to the Service Manger who he visually confrimed was at his desk, it went to voicemail. At that point I callled Mercedes North America who offered to see if they could get through, after about ten minutes on hold, was advised the service manager had a customer at his desk and would call me as soon as that customer was gone. One and a half hours later I got a call saying they could give me a price to repair the leak the following morning. I declined and said I owuld pick the car up in the morning. The next day, I picked up the car and my $200 diagnostic fee found a leak in the evaporator, a several thousand dollar repair (did not get a quote so this is my estimate based on extensive labor (remove dash etc). I took the car to another mercedes mechanic I had used with out of warranty cars for years. The AC was running cold as a result of the a recharge at the dealership. I advised of the evaporator leak diagnosis, and my independent mechanic (who's work is accepted by Mercedes) said he would be happy to change it but evaporator leaks are generally very slow and it was very likely that a recharge of the system every six months to a year would keep the system functioning and would result in no other damage to the system. If the size of the leak required more frequent recharges, we could then make a decision to replace the evaporator. Not an option mentioned at the dealership. I guess I should thank them for the poor service, saved me several thousand dollars for the time being.

This review is long overdue. I had one awful experience in 2016 when I visited this dealership to shop for my first car. That time, I got left in the sun when the salesperson told me they were going to get the keys for a test drive; eventually, after waiting in the scolding South Florida heat, I left after nobody came back. Even after that experience, I still leased a C300 from Mercedes Benz of Miami even though I live 2 minutes away from this dealership. It was my 20th birthday and I quickly picked up on the fact that they did not take a young person seriously. Fast forward to August 2019 when I test drove the new A220 with Joshua...I was very up front about the experience I had the first time and he was determined to give me a better one...and he did. Unfortunately, I wasn't sold on the A220 and I still had some time with my current car so nothing was done. Let's skip to today, October 6th, when I return to Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines to take a look at the new CLA250. I eagerly waited for about 1 hour to test drive the CLA; I was a little frustrated at the wait time, but I understood it was a Sunday so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was regrettably met by Leo Sorzano, a sales rep, who was noticeably unenthusiastic about assisting me. I expressed to Leo that I wanted to test drive the CLA because I wasn't a fan of the A class. He quickly cut me off to say "If you didn't like the A class because of speed, you will not like the CLA because it is the same engine." I then stated I knew the CLA had more horsepower only to be told "the car is 500 lbs heavier so it cancels out." He proceeded to ask me what other car I was comparing it to and I told him my other option was the BMW 330i. He tells me "yea, that car will be faster." It was clear as day he did not want to let me test drive the car but he still mumbled out "but you can drive it if you want." At that point, the last thing I wanted to do was get into a car with Leo. I had just waited an hour to test drive the CLA only to be shut down in 2 minutes tops. Yet again, here I am, 23 years old, with no sign of respect due to my age. I make my living off of customer service and commission and I would never in my life treat one of clients in this way. I have never been met with such unprofessionalism by someone who I am trying to give my money to. I told Leo I did not want to test drive and that I was not a fan of the customer service to which he said "ok" and quickly walked away. That was it, I left. I called and left the manager a message in which I got no returned call; this was about 3pm. I want to give the manager the benefit of the doubt and assume he was not in office, but I also do not think the very polite receptionist would have transferred me to his direct line if he was not there. So here I am, with one more payment on my current lease, but no decision on which car I will get. I understand Leo does not represent Mercedes Benz as an entity, so I will still consider the CLA, but not from here. This will be the second sale lost due to lack of professionalism by this incredibly rude and demeaning team. I strongly advise you to go to another dealership if you are young because they will not take you seriously. For future reference, Leo, age has nothing to do with a persons' financial standing. First rule in sales is NEVER put yourself in someone else's pocket because you just lost your second sale.

We had a wonderful experience with Florian our salesman. He's super easy, friendly, not pushy. Very patient and flexible to work with. Also Rene in the financing department was very kind and nice, gave us great advice. We purchased our daughter's first car. She's beyond thrilled! I had Stephen Douglas to help me out with the servicing of my car, he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He mad sure I had a loaner car to get around (since it was my bday weekend) while they were working on my car. Overall great experience.

I was very happy with the service provided by everyone at Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz. I’ve leased Mercedes before and have never been disappointed. From the sales agent to the financing department, the services was spectacular. I want to give a big thanks to Edmund for teaching me the new technical things on the car.
