We had a beyond horrible experience, from the beginning when they mixed up the car we agreed to buying, to the four times we had to make service appointments for the car to be repaired. The car stalled out on the highway when we were traveling. When making a service appointment, we were told we couldn?t be given a rental until a month out, and we couldn?t make an afternoon appointment after work. Our service advisor was full of excuses when our car would sit in Service for over three weeks, and he acted as if he had never met us each time. My husband sent a email to voice his concerns and received no response. Really, couldn?t be worse.

Update: I called and left two messages for the Sales GM - as the response on this from the dealer says to do - and no one has yet to call me back. While the car buying process was decent enough (although the sales person was dishonest), the follow-up service promised on the car was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. From trying to chase down the dishonest sales person to schedule my service (I had to go through them for some reason), to them not letting me know my car would take longer than expected and somehow giving a vendor my key - leaves much to be desired. The service department was almost zero help in giving me a status of my car after several of my inquiries. After all of this, my car still isn't fixed. I cannot say enough negative things about my experience here and do not recommend anyone do business here.

They deserve minus stars! I would give them a minus -10 if I could. They are horrible communicators and couldn’t even fix my hold Mercedes after keeping it for 7 weeks. During that time they called me ONCE and during that time they NEVER followed through on anything. I had to send several texts with no response, so I went in there and all they gave me were excuses. I’ve never expected such poor service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BENZ HERE!

The manager Orlando in the service department has terrible customer service. He doesn’t communicate well with customers and he charges you money even if the part you’re waiting on is on recall. Orlando the service manager almost got into an altercation with my husband. Reydel Herandez is a very helpful and wonderful service representative. Also, the new woman that’s in the loaner department doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. She’s extremely rude and she’s in cahoots with Orlando. I’ve had my car for two years and it’s been at Mercedes Benz the whole time, apparently my axle is on recall. I have a brand new 2021 GLA 250 why am I having issues with an axle the first couple of months I drive off the lot with it. I even tried to do the lemon law that didn’t work they only offered $1000 dollars really it’s not my fault Mercedes gave me a defective car that was on their premises. I just got my car back months with it being at Mercedes again because of the loud sound again which is my axle. No one wants to help me. I’ve gone to Mercedes for help, spoken to managers nothing. I’ve even called customer service no support from them either. They can’t do anything. Two years back and forth to and from the dealership. Loaners after loaners.

My first maintenance visit was not a good experience. When I made the appointment, I was told it may take a couple of hours. When I arrived, I was told by the service advisor that it would take two hours, maybe three. At about three hours, I asked the advisor about the progress and when it might be ready. He went out into the service area to check and came back and told me it was almost done. A few minutes later, I was viewing the service area through the window and saw my car drive into the service area, but then made a three point turn and exited via the same overhead door, turning right and it appeared that my car was driven into the adjacent service area that cannot be viewed via the window. About 30 minutes later, I asked the advisor about the status. He went out to check, came back and said the maintenance was done and it was in the car wash. About a half hour later, I saw my car drive through the main service area. I thought it was going to park so I could get in and drive off. Instead, it kept going and drove out of the service area. About 10 minutes later, it was back in the service area ready for me to take it. So a two to three hour wait turned into a four hour and ten minute wait. I felt like they never even got started on it until the three hour mark and I was being given a story about the status on two different occasions ("almost done", when they were actually just getting started on it, and "it's in the car wash", when it wasn't even done with the maintenance. Also, I asked them to check the left rear tire that keeps losing air requiring me to top it off every two weeks. I was told they couldn't find a leak and it may be caused by a lack of driving. I drive an average of 8 miles per day, so the car does not sit for days on end. So now I have a new Mercedes with a leaky tire that I have to top off every two weeks. I'm not a happy MB owner.

Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with in 50 plus year. They tried to sell me a damaged car and actually blamed me for it. Thankfully I took pics of the car before I purchased it. They did a chop shop job making the repair with a horrible paint job which was unacceptable and the next week with 150 miles on the car cylinder Block #2 had a leak. I took it to another MB dealership (all owned by AutoNation) and they made a repair but said if the engine light comes back on bring it back. Two days later the engine light came back on and they had to replace the cylinder block gasket which took 5 days. This is a brand new SL 63AMG and has been nothing but problems. I’m battling it out with MBUSA as well but they have been giving me the run around since the 1st week in December. The reps that answer the phones are like car salesman and can’t make a decision. They have been telling me for 6 weeks someone with authority would be calling me back in 24-48 hours. Never received a call or email. I would NEVER buy another Mercedes Benz as they are a second class car manufacturer. They will get a certified letter my attorney in the next few day as their cars are junk and they are trying to take advantage of me as well as the public.

The mechanics work was well done and car was returned clean without any grease marks. Service writer agreed to waive the diagnostic fee of $300 if repair was done at Mercedes and that was nice because I had to argue about this at another local dealership. The Service Writer was difficult to communicate with. I made several calls over the two week period and some calls went without a return call. I complained about this and little improvement was noticed by me.

First, everyone at the dealership is very helpful and professional. My biggest issue is when your dropping off the car and picking up. The wait time when you have an appointment is way longer than it should be. Either your booking to many appointments at the same time or you don?t have enough service members to service the customers. Either way the process takes 30 minutes or longer on both ends most times. Again, this has nothing to do with the people you employ but process improvements are needed to service customers on time in and out.

I strongly recommend not going to this store, if you are considering this store for your purchase, especially servicing your car. Their customer service lacks professionalism and responsibility. Since the day I purchased my car, I have experienced recurring transmission failures, engine warning lights, electrical issues, and more. Despite bringing my car in for repairs multiple times, they they claim that these problems are "normal." Moreover, I have provided photographic evidence of document forgery, which I forwarded to them. As a result, I received a call from the Manager of the service department (Mr. Orlando), who pleaded with me to modify my feedback in exchange for a new inspection. He expressed concerns about the impact on his monthly performance metrics and other factors. However, this new inspection took approximately 2 months or more and yielded the same disappointing outcome – my car still have the same issues. Their lack of ethics and seriousness is evident. It is evident that, following all these inconveniences, they did not send me any further surveys because they knew the results would be negative. I feel completely deceived, and the worst part is that I now fear of driving the car. It is incresible how a car can spend over two months in the service department only to be told that "everything is fine." Ésta tienda es de lo peor. Les recomiendo que lo piensen bien al momento de comprar aquí y más aún Ésta marca de vehículo. No tienen buen y responsable customer service. Mi carro desde el día 1 que lo compré ha tenido fallas en transmisión, lo he traído para acá en repetidas ocasiones y dicen "que es normal" que falle la transmisión, que prenda la luz del motor, que tenga fallas eléctricas, etc. Han falsificado documentación (cosa que les envié pruebas en fotos) y aunado a lo anterior como coloqué todas mis inconformidades en una encuesta con el departamento de service, luego recibí una llamada del Gerente del departamento (sr Orlando) el cuál me suplicó que la modificará a cambio de una nueva revisión ya que, estaban a cierre de mes y esto le afectaría su pago entre otras cosas. Ésta nueva revisión demoró aprox 2 meses o más cosa que terminó en lo mismo, el carro con las mismas fallas. No tienen ética ni seriedad. OBVIO QUE DESPUÉS tantos inconvenientes NO ME ENVIARON las nuevas encuestas poeque sabían que saldría mal. Me siento completamente burlada y lo peor es que le tengo pánico al carro ya que, como me explicas que tengas en service un carro más de 2 meses y el resultado sea que "todo está bien" . Anexo una de las fotos dónde se aprecia la incongruencia de los reportes.

Dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled time and was asked to wait for my Service Advisor. I noticed all of the Advisor cubicles were empty and that they were all in the Service Manager's office for a meeting?!?! They expected customers with an appointment to wait until they finished their meeting which ran 30 minutes. The Service Advisor could not have been more apologetic on behalf of his less than stellar Service Manager. What kind of Service Manager does this?

5/11/23 update!!!! Took my car in again for service due to check engine light on. This place has gotten worse than previous. They failed to work on the vehicle after the car was dropped for a scheduled appointment only on the 3rd day. After the car was picked up on the 4th day with a minor part replacement. The check engine light came back on a day after. Besides questionable repair, the service rep may be too busy. Despite busy, everything seems completely disorganize with multiple mis-information. unknowns of what work is to provide, I have never ever had an experience with a dealership this bad. Yes.. since the check engine light is back on, I am now afraid of going back for another round of unnecessary aggravation. BTW.. although my service is under warranty, I cannot imagine having to pay $330/hour for labor with this level of incompetence. Yes.. I've also have called to speak with the service manager 2Xs and left messages. I've gotten NOTHING!!! This truly showed that if management is like this, how can you expect more from the staff? Thank you AutoNation! Previous review.. Some staffs are eager to work and assist customers while some are just clock watchers. Customer service at service dept and scheduling can improve.

Ok just to be clear I would not shop at this dealer if it was not for my sales rep Pender. My interactions with some older managers here have always been bad. They are arrogant and conceded. Pender is always helpful, patient, and willing to educate on the vehicle. My biggest issue was that I got there at about 10 am and left at 4 pm. That is way too long to get the financing done.

Had an appointment at 9 am for first routine maintenance. Got there at 9 and they told me the appointment was at 10. When I called to make the appointment they told me it would be about 2 hours. After I dropped it off Christian Ruiz told me it would be 4 hours. I called to find out when my car would be ready 5 hours after dropping it off and they told me 3:30. Please keep in mind the routine maintenance is an oil change and clean/ change filters for $650 bucks. Terrible service

My Sprinter class B RV was due for initial service and factory recalls (2). Appointment was set for about 2 weeks. Service was handled completely. Staff was very courteous & accommodating. I particularly appreciated the Lift transportation. My only disappointment was it took 3 days to complete routine work. I was expecting one day, in & out.

I had a decent used car buying experience, but had some negative experiences in the process. I requested contact through e-mail only since I cannot answer my phone at work, but the salesperson kept calling me over and over again. I gave all my purchase information ahead of time to save time at the store when I arrived to purchase and waited almost 2 hours just to get into the finance office to sign the paperwork, which took about 15 minutes. When I arrived home, I found a screw in a tire and contacted my salesperson to see if they would fix it and he never contacted me. After waiting 5 days, I took it to a shop and paid to fix it myself. At minimum, he should have answered me. The store did repair some minor paint damage to the car for me, which I did appreciate.

Once you drop the vehicle for service, it takes a significant effort to locate your service advisor and if you don’t find him no one else in that group can tell you anything about the status of your car. You leave messages and voice mails for the service advisor to return your calls and no call back takes place. You drive to the site to find the service advisor, he is never around. No pro activity at all to communicate the status of your vehicle and the reasons for any delays in the service. It seems either the service advisor that I have been assigned does not have service attitude, or had received poor training , or is overwhelmed. Whatever the reason it is not acceptable for a dealer of luxury vehicles to have such poor quality of service. The name of the service advisor in question is Reydel Hernández. Don’t have too much faith in that this feedback will really do anything to improve the service there. U can see that most of the people working there do not seem content of being there and more often than not when that takes place is because of a toxic culture and poor leadership of management

I doubt that the dealer that I went with my car was a Mercedes dealer. It takes ten days before they return my car with defectuosity. The driver's door lock , the part to push down and up is missing. The car still slowing down on itself while driving. I don't hear the noise anymore when started the car, but I don't understand how can they return me the car damage, while they have all the parts for Mercedes

Not the dealer's fault but the part needed to get my Sprinter back on the road took about 6 weeks to get. MB USA have to take the blame for that. Do not take your vehicle for an alignment here. I purchased new tires and did a full wheel alignment for the recommendation at under 15,000 miles on my 2021GLE AMG 53. I took the car back to them twice, because not only is the car, pulling to the right when you drive down the road, but the steering wheel is about 1 inch to the right, and you have to hold the steering wheel lift of the 12 o’clock mark to go straight. I’d like a refund for my wheel alignment. And I’d like to save everyone the time and headache as I had to drop at four over one week before hearing the word back about the vehicle being ready. That was a headache in itself. Very sad to hear that I can’t trust the actual dealership to properly service my car.

More are charged for cars all the services we had had gone away ,example, car washing anytime we needed it. Is a problem to a loaner having to give them my credit card. They have my car!!! I'm so glad I met my new service advisor Peter Armstrong!! I came in not knowing what to expect nor if I could explain in detail what my car was doing. Peter went above and beyond by taking the car for spin himself to understand better my concerns. Bottom line is, my car was repaired and thus far is riding better as it adapts to my driving habits. If I were to say some constructive criticism it would be for the dealer to provide a loaner after certain amount spent and/or if the vehicle needed to stay overnight, like it was in my case. My Service Advisor & Mechanic, deserve a 10...!! P.S. By the way there should be an option online to select the request for a loaner. Thanks!!

I has been MB customer for almost 30 years. The last previous time the door interior driver door handle was broken and the dealer did not assume any responsibility. When I call MB service and MB send the towing I assume that the dealer is responsible starting at the moment the key is given to truck driver. The last time, the price of part plus labor time do not match with quote. I was treated carelessly. Took 5 days to diagnose a coolant leak.

I have a hernia of a wheel, I came to change it, I live far away and I am 8 months pregnant, and I don’t want to risk the tires exploding. for a start I waited for him for a long time, then he said that he would order it the next day and contact me first until 1pm next day, since he said that I should be here no later than 2pm , when the time came, he never contacted me, and also did not answer my calls and messages .. when I contacted their manager, pedro immediately called me back and said that he had lunch ... (then why set me a time when do you have lunch?) because we agreed that he would let me know before 1pm about whether there is a wheel and if so that I arrive before 2pm, so I explained to him that I canceled plans for today to come, he said that he would call me back and give I know if the tire is available and I go, it was funny because I already contacted the sales department and they said that one tire is available and in stock and I can not buy it, when I told him that I had already checked it and I want to come to the appointment, he said that he would call me back.. so he did not do it again, and I lost the second day on empty talk and unprofessional work by Pedro. i decided to buy the wheel from merceds benz miami gardes location and then have service from them as they did all the work in 30 minutes which pedro couldn't do in 2 days. I do not recommend him to anyone

This is the best Mercedes Benz in South Florida! Orlando the service manager is so kind and helpful, and I really appreciate Melvin for all of his help through my servicing. Very professional and friendly man! 5 stars to him! I live 5 minutes from the Mercedes Benz in North Miami (where the agents are heinous and rude) and I choose to drive to Pembroke Pines just because of their exemplary customer service. The ONLY constructive feedback I would give this location is to improve their car wash game. Both times I’ve gotten serviced they return my car with just the mats vacuumed. I certainly don’t expect a detailing service, but a little wipe down of the interior and a drive through wash would be appreciated.

I would like to start off by saying my sale person (Sera) was great ! Attitude was A1 but the service of the actual dealership is poor. I was given this car on 10 miles so brand new and my car had missing parts and Messed up parts . I drove it for about 3 days and now my car brakes are squeaking badly ! I tried taking it back up there they said I would have to bring the car in but they can’t offer me a loaner vehicle until late April . That’s unacceptable especially when I work and live 45 mins away from the dealership and they can’t accommodate me.

I purchased a 2019 Mercedes E class with CPO warranty on 9/1/2022. The dealership "FORGOT" to update the Warranty Information for this vehicle into the Mercedes warranty /service database . Two of the issues were stated to be “fixed”, less than a week later, the same issues occurred again but even worse than before. Was in for 2 recalls, made the appoitment over a month in advance and specifically request a loaner car, arrive and the dealer has no cars available, offered a car from a Hertz near by, issue solved, at pickup time thw car was washed out side but inside has tech hands all over the steering wheel, doors and driver seat, given my car has white leather interior and I keep it immaculate. Very poor customer service. Been taking my vehicle here for seven years and within the last two years, the attention to the client has drastically diminished. During my last experience, I dropped off my vehicle at my scheduled appointment time and my vehicle was there for over 24 hours before it was even looked at. Made several calls to and left several messages for my “service advisor” throughout the following day, just to get some sort of information. Finally got a call back an hour before closing stating they were just getting to it and it wouldn’t be ready. Note, this was not for any sort of major maintenance or repairs.

Awesome experience... Very professional. My car was taken care in the first 12 hours. After having a bitter experience at Coral Gables Mercedes Benz. Where my car was hold for 13 days without any results. I was told that "sorry we can fix your car. The part doesn't exist in the US. " Went to M. B. Of Pembroke and they fixed it in less than 24 hours. At Mercedes Benz in Coral Gables they did not even look to see what problem was.

DISHONEST SERVICE DEPT - DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICES WHATSOEVER!! (Images Attached as Proof of $818 vs $1,800 charges for the same “B Service at Coral Gables Mercedes vs Pembroke Pines Mercedes) NOTE - screen shot from their status with the BBB Better Business Bureau (1.0 rating, and C-) I have a 2021 Mercedes E350. The screen in the car reminded me I was due for “B Service” and gave option to click to call, which I did, and it automatically chose Pembroke Pines as the closest. When making the appointment I asked for “B Service, nothing else, just the Mercedes required B service” - “we will give you a price on the day of service when you come” was the response. Seemed odd, but ok. Showed up the morning of appt, the kind service rep tried to upsell me, declined and said “NO, I want just ‘B SERVICE’, only the required by Mercedes for 2 year 20k miles service, nothing more”. He assured me he locked in the bare minimum and that would be $1,830!! I’m a corporate executive, I don’t know anything about cars (red light, take advantage of me and charge me triple please). So again I questioned “This is SERVICE B, nothing additional, just what Mercedes requires to be certified at 2 years 20k miles?” - response is “Yes, with labor and supplies, inflation has made prices go up”. So I believed him. On the way home within 5 minutes of leaving, I start googling, I see this is basically an oil change, and should be under $1,000. To confirm I’m interpreting what I found online correctly, I called two other Mercedes dealerships, one being Coral Gables. I asked the same question “How much will you charge me all in for a “B SERVICE 2 year 20k service” “$818 plus tax”. I email and call Mercedes Pembroke Pines “DO NOT ADD. ANYTHING ADDITIONAL, I WANT SERVICE B ONLY”. They confirmed they would talk to the manager and assure nothing added on and see what they can do on pricing. I go to pickup car, they said “we gave you a discount it will be $1400”. The manager came over and I told him about Coral Gables price for Service B, he basically told me “you are lying, that’s not possible, and regardless what anyone else charges, you signed and agreed”. Yes, that is the immediate response I got from a manager that i calmly and politely asked to help me understand why first over double the price, and then still almost double. The manager stormed away, total toxic masculinity, give no cares “I got friends at every dealer, they will charge you the same”. With just the service rep and myself, I called Coral Gables Mercedes back on speaker phone, she read off every single item that is “SERVICE B” required. And because the RUDE, hot headed manager, Orlando Dominguez yelled “HAHAH GET IT WRITING LINE BY LINE”, I asked for it, and she emailed on the spot. What was found to be different 1. Coral gables “inspects” wiper blades, mine were replaced. I don’t think I needed them, but ok, say $100 for that. 2. Passenger air filter - same coral gables inspects, P Pines replaced. Again, under $100. The rude manager, Orlando quote unquote said “B SERVICE IS the same everywhere as required by Mercedes, we may just charge more for each because we are Auto Nation”. Tried again with the list he asked for, what started to be $1,800, now down to $1,300, I gave up and reminded them they lost a customer. Again, Orlando gave zero cares, and walked away. I’m fair, not cheap, and even happy to pay a couple hundred $’s extra for the convenience of location and the couple extra items they slipped in (not required), but I pay for what’s fair. What I don’t like is being ripped off, and basically being told screw off and i’m lying when I question it. The defensive response, and lack of care by dodging any adult conversation and helping promote understanding shows me they were just there to take money and run, no cares that I won’t ever return, no cares that I’m now likely not going to be a Mercedes customer again. This could have played out much differently, Orlando handled it poorly, and Auto Nation from what he says is to blame? Save yourself the stress and $ and go to Coral Gables Mercedes, they are consistently amazing! Pembroke Pines, I tried to speak with the General Manager, was declined that request - what a terrible, dishonest, uncaring business all around!

First and for most I have to say overall I had a great experience until the end….. I brought a new SL and not even a week passed and the car was back at the dealership for over a month and when they returned the Sl55 the same problem occurred…. I was able to get my full money because of the lemon law. Really no complaints there except for this one guy I had to see before I got my car keys and his name is Carlos Alejandro Sgroi he seemed really unpleased with me because I didn’t get any service package through him and that is his job to sign people up for service packages…. I returned back to that dealership which is Pembroke pines of Mercedes and I spoke to my sales guy who helped me with the Sl 55 ,Ricardo Vargas was the sales man. I returned back to Mr vargas because he was straight forward with me and helped me get my new G wagon.. at a discount price, not a lot but anything goes a long way when we talking over 280 thousand dollars… everything worked fine up until the end again, where I had to see mr Carlos Alejandro Sgroi and I was very blunt and said I don’t want any service packages if and when the car has a problem I will then pay out of pocket. He seemed bothered but kept to himself. That Saturday evening I drove off with my car and saw on my end that the check went through but then Sunday morning it bounced… fair things happen that Monday morning I went my self to the bank to see what was the problem but before I even went to the bank Mercedes of Pembroke pines tried the 2nd time to process the check and it did go through…. Not even one day passed and Carlos Alejandro Sgroi sent me to collections… again left Saturday evening everything was ok , Sunday check bounced , Monday morning before 10:30 am money was taken out of my account and put into their account…. I’m upset bothered all the above because things could’ve be handled professionally first a phone call to tell me that the check bounced or any type of communication a text or a email to tell me xyz occurred… I’ve heard and read comments that some people have had problems with Carlos Alejandro Sgroi. It’s upsetting sad and really a true red flag for a big name business like Mercedes to have customers deal with this guy… when all a customer wants is a good experience but I can assure that business could be better if some people were moved around.

I brought my car to Pembroke Pines dealer twice for the same issue in the matter of two months. The car was in service for over 3 weeks. The problem was not fixed. I am taking the car to another dealer this month so they can work on the same issue. Chris was our rep. Follow up was very poor. He was quick at making up stories that did not add up and had zero interest in getting to the bottom of the issue. It appears that the car has a manufacturing defect that Chris pointed out to me via text message video. However, they returned the car back to me without fixing it. I am going write a letter to Dianna du Preez once I have more time to explain this in greater detail.

The service department is always super busy. The customer waiting area is small, smells like rubber (from the tires) and is disgusting for a luxury car dealership. A plus, is that while they could not finish the service on my car on Saturday and kept it until Monday, they did deliver the car to my home

Unfortunately, my last service visit was subpar and left me feeling unsatisfied. I went in for service and specifically told my service technician (Yasmany) a light was on indicating my right front park light needed to be checked. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a warning that said, Check front Right Sidemarker Lamp. So, how could the Service technician miss this and allow me to pick up my vehicle w/o properly servicing it? This was totally disappointing and not up to the standards I'm use to. When I called to complain, no one returned my calls. I finally got a call back after leaving serval messages with the Service Manager`& Director. My Service Technician promised to take care of it. But unfortunately, he was not there the day and time he told me to come back, and I had to wait over an hour to get someone to change the sidemarker lamp bulb even though I explained I was on my lunch break and did not have a lot of time. Poor poor experience. I went in with a 2021 Certified Pre Owned S580 purchased at a sister mercedes benz dealership for very plainly my horn not working. They immediately rejected me saying they found evidence of my car being in a collision. This car was just purchased 3 weeks prior CPO from MERCEDES BENZ. The evidence they found, was the dealer I purchased it from removed the bumper before selling it to me. After much back and forth they agreed to diagnose the issue. I felt insulted and humiliated, this car was certified why are you questioning me?? Then after taking my car, they begin to send me pictures of the imperfections of my paint. Insulting me again, instead of fixing what I came for. Leading me to believe they caused these imperfections. This car I purchased show room for 115,000 USD why are you making me feel bad about my car?? The cherry on top, I caught the mechanic joy riding my car and driving it home on his lunch break, with proof using the Mercedes ME app. He admitted to it saying he had to use the bathroom, So drove home with my 120k car. POOR POOR EXPERIENCE. Now after this all, when I demanded my car, I found issues that never were there. Brake Assist, Drive Assist, Lane Assist, EVERYTHING is INOPERABLE When I saw this the Thursday 02/16/2023. I immediately contacted Ft Lauderdale Mercedes (Autonation) in the Mercedes parking lot as PROOF. and scheduled my appoint to fix it. the car is currently there. Another note to add; this entire week my car was in the shop, the service Advisor Peter Armstrong, ignored my calls, never called me with updates, I was chasing him down for 3 days with no reply or update on my car. two occasions he promised a call back at a specific time and never called me and I was calling him for 2-3 days with no return call.

This is the WORSE service department ever. This location does NOT represent Mercedes_Benz luxury brand accordingly. Your car could be sitting in their driveway with an orange sticker on it (meaning it is already in their system and scheduled for service) for Two days…and they don’t even notice. They don’t return your calls. They took my car and left me without my car for two full days constantly telling me on the phone my car was not even there! After two days of everyone, including the manager “Orlando” ignoring my multiple calls, I had no other choice than to tow my car to the Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz location. Fortlauderdale Mercedes are very respectful of your time, and communication was professional and effective at all times. My car was ready within three hours upon receiving it. What a difference in customer service! This Pembroke Pines sales department is a joke! It is full of mediocre sales people called themselves “advisors” who can care less about your car or you as a long term customer. Therefore, and truthfully…save yourself time and a terrible headache by going somewhere else. Unless, this please changes its employees and manager “Orlando”, who does not care for what Mercedes-Benz brands stands for, who treats customers disrespectfully or even worse…ignores your multiple request to call back after several calls. They simply DO NOT value or care for their long term customers.

Chris is an amazing service advisor, made it very easy for my car to be serviced, set the right expectations with a welcoming and very professional attitude. I was able to get a loaner while my car was being serviced for maintenance. I expected the loaner to be in better conditions than my own car. Wrong. I dropped off my car on Monday morning, then got a call from Chris on Tuesday afternoon to let me know my car was ready to get picked up. Unfortunately, I was at work and was unable to pick it up right away. Chris let me know that it?d be okay to pick it up on Wednesday. Perfect. When I drove the loaner to work on Wednesday, the steering wheel started vibrating and making a really loud sound when I backed up to park. Then check engine light turns on. I called the dealership to figure out what can be done. I explained that I didn?t want to drive the car, it felt unsafe. I spoke to another service advisor because Chris was with a customer at the time I called. I explained to him the situation and told me that I?d need to call their roadside assistance line for me to get their* loaner towed back to their* location. I asked kindly if they could drop my car off at my job, since I?d be without a car. He explained he?d ask his manager. According to this service advisor, his manager said they couldn?t do anything that the only solution would be for me to get their car towed and for me to Uber from my job to the dealership to pick up my car. My question is. Why should I be held responsible for a car that?s not mine? Do they not inspect and test drive their own loaners? If there?s a tow truck that?s going to pick up their loaner, wouldn?t it make sense for my car to be towed to my location and swap cars? Does that only make sense to me? Manager of the service department definitely lacked empathy. I wish the manager had dealt with this situation in a better way.

I enjoy my service advisor customer service attitude. Very likable. But you really have seek the nice ones out. The staff and service at the location leaves little to desire. From sales to service. They all need training in customer service satisfaction. Though the brand speaks for itself the service to get and upkeep the brand is lacking. This place lacks compassion for incidents that happen with their customers. I was given a loaner car that could have gotten me killed! That’s right killed! The car STOP ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD at a yellow light. Thank GOD NO ONE WAS CLOSE BEHIND ME or else I probably wouldn’t be here to write this review. The car completely died!!! Couldn’t use the flashers, and the SOS button didn’t work to call for help! This was one of the most frightening experiences of my life. I had to call the local police for help after I got myself together from a full on panic attack! This situation caused me to missed work and I sleep because I couldn’t get the what if’s out of my head knowing that the situation could’ve ended so much more terribly for me. When I made it to the dealership the next day, I didn’t get an acknowledgment nor an apology for what had happened to me in their vehicle. I called and sent emails detailing what had happened to me with pictures prior to my arrival. Chris’s (service manager) only concern was where their loaner vehicle was. Sad!!! A simple show of concern could’ve gone a heck of a long way and this review wouldn’t be happening right now. Mercedes buyers and Servicees please beware! Mercedes of PEMBROKE PINES is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

Residing in Boca Raton, there are probably 4 or 5 Mercedes Benz dealerships that are closer to me than MB of Pembroke Pines. Still, I chose to make the trip and drive down to meet up the salesman I spoke to on the phone, Davison Bohach. Of all the people at various dealerships I had spoken to, Davison was clearly the most professional, kindest, customer-focused and most accommodating of them all. As a man who’s been afflicted with a physical disability, I had to be certain that my new vehicle would suit my specific needs, both in comfort and easy ingress/egress. Once I arrived, Davison made sure that he understood my particular needs, and was amazingly helpful in assisting me with my ultimate purchase. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines, made my transition to this wonderful vehicle as smooth and easy as could be. I went to the dealer to look at a GLE AMG 63s. The AMG academy trained sales associate was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He was extremely polite and helpful with the process to include his communication with staff to prepare the vehicle for delivery and making sure the financial aspects were handled by the finance section. The finance associate was polite, pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable with the different options. His explanations were clear and he didn’t put pressure on “upselling” any of the additional service or warrantee products. He even shared information on an app to save on fuel costs. He was definitely a “car guy”. The dealer was well kept and pleasant. The staff was attentive.

This Service Department does NOT represent the Mercedes-Benz luxury brand honestly and fairly. They had my car for 48 hours, and failed to even follow up or even call me with the pricing to simply change a flat tire. I called several times simply requesting to please have the manager “Orlando” following up with me. My car was towed from Miami using their Mercedes Road Service and left at their Pembroke Pines service department location. We received a confirmation by the Mercedes-Benz Road Service company that my car was left at their service area accordingly. I called the following morning (8:20am) to check on the status of my car. Christian answered the phone and confirmed my car was NOT on their system, but also stated it was not at their location either. I panicked! I called back several times during the day explaining my Mercedes Benz App pinned my car right at their location. I spoke to several advisors including Carlos, Joseph/John, Christian, a receptionist etc etc. Everyone repeated the same thing: “we will re-check this and will call you right back, but we are confirming your car is NOT here”. The last person I spoke was Carlos. I explained my frustration and even offered to pick up my car if needed and specifically explained I couldn’t wait one more day without an update. People, We are talking about a simple flat tire! Carlos re-assured to me he would pass on my Message and frustration to his manager “Orlando” and that he would certainly call me before their Closing time. Nobody called and at the end they even ignored my calls! The following morning, I called again, I explained to the receptionist, the app showed my car at their location but I also explained my husband drove by on his way home and took a picture of it! I stated my car was right by their door with an orange sticker number on it “2571”. She was rude, and said once again “I was just told your car is NOT here and I have other people on the other line” and proceeded hanging up the phone. Yes folks! This is exactly what you get with this Department, at the same dealership where I purchased this top of the line luxury car. After you buy you car here, you will get POOR, very poor, mediocre, and unacceptable customer service. They left me with no choice than towing my car once again. I towed my car to the Mercedes-Benz Fort Lauderdale location and what a blessing. My service Advisor “Hipotlito” resolved the issue immediately with no problem. He offered open and effective communication, along with outstanding customer service. This Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz location does not care for its customers. It seems they pick and choose WHO, and WHAT to service. They left me with the clear impression a simple flat tire service was not enough profit for them. So they chose to go on with their days normally for 48 hours, ignoring my calls and messages. They felt totally entitled to lie, and to even disregard my several requests for a follow up call accordingly. If you were busy and couldn’t service my car, as a long term honest and loyal Mercedes Benz customer, I was entitled to a simple call back. At least take your time to properly acknowledge my car was at your location with pending status. If the issue was the fact you couldn’t service my car, for whichever reason, I would have kindly chose removing my car somewhere else. But you didn’t offer me a choice. You chose to lie, be rude on the phone, failing to even check the status of my car! Is that how much you Mercedes Benz value their Loyal customers? The answer is no, that is NOT reflective of the Mercedes Benz mission statement and goals with their customer. That is representative of YOUR poor and mediocre service at this location, Not Mercedes-Benz. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Service Department and all the frustration that will come along with their unprofessional and rude customer service. They don’t deserve your business. Not matter how big or small the service, every customer is entitled to a fair and respectful treatment. I’m glad the calls are recorded. The owner should go back and hear all calls, all answers provided by his employees and see an opportunity to re-train or change the staff immediately and place new employees that will truly live up to the Mercedes-Benz brand and clear mission statement. Stop deceiving customers under the “Mercedes Benz” brand and either take down the Mercedes Benz reference name or go ahead and deliver the service and goal you publicly disclosed and promised.

I had purchased Prepaid Maintenance from Mercedes Benz, but when I took my GLC43 for a Warranty Repair the dealership change the oil and filter without previous consent and when only 1,600 miles had passed from the prior change, this car requires the change at 10,000 intervals. I didn’t notice they had done the oil change until more than a year later the prepaid maintenance expired. They aren’t a honest dealership, they knew they had done it incorrectly and didn’t care. So my wife takes our ML350 because the check engine light is on and my tailgate doesn’t open automatically when we press the button (Reseting the check engine light fixes it BTW) First the diagnostic test is $298. Ok. Then Yasmany says it will take 2 days before they can diagnose the car it took a week. When he calls my wife he tells her it will cost $1200 to fix the tail gate $900 to fix the check engine light issue which was one ignition coil and that she needed to change the front covers as well for a total of almost $4500. You can imagine I had some disbelief and I felt they were trying to get one over on my wife. I called Yasmany and he tells me they charge $298 an hour for “Labor”. He goes on to give me a breakdown of everything and I asked how much was it going to cost to fix the check engine light because that’s what we initially took the car in for. Like I stated before it was $900 because it apparently takes 2 1/2 hours of labor plus parts to change 1 ignition coil. Since we were already on the hook for $298 I just went ahead and had them change the ignition coil. Upon getting my car back my tailgate works because guess what they had reset the computer and clear the codes that they wanted to charge $1200 for. They would have pocketed that money and done zero work. My wife and I have bought for cars from this dealership over the years and we have never had an issue I promise you that there will not be a 5th. Oh and it took well over a week before we got our car back for something that took 2 1/2 hours of labor. Before taking your car to this mechanic shop shop around you will find that you can pay half the price you pay here.

I bought a 2021 C300 4 weeks ago. My experience has been disappointing. First the brakes were squeaking so I had to take it in twice to get new brake pads. Then the washer fluid doesn’t come out and I was told there is something wrong with the pump so I have to take in for that. Both of these things should have been fixed prior to selling. Then I told them my address was incorrect on the papers. It was never fixed so I never got anything from the lender to pay my bill. Now I’m trying to cancel my gap insurance and I was told I don’t even have an active gap policy (even though I paid for it).

The top Security is here! I just escaped and was truly covered by the security when around this accident occurred in front of this dealership. Absolutely the traffic was horrendous and the people were very anxious to get back home around 9 p.m. God told me to make a right. About ready to just chill and I need to chill as well because I'm trying to get to the Fairfield down the street. The officer that hid it so hot you're top-flight security. I went to leave my car due to a recall of the C-300 2022 model. They had to change a part sent from Germany in 3 hours. The result was that they did not have the part, the car was there all day, I did not receive any information that it had happened, the car stunk and it is not working as it should. Tire change - 6 hours - had to call Romeo 10 times and text more. Dropped the car 10am and now it’s 4pm - wife has no way to pickup kids from school. This is the second time this happen (with Romeo) last time he left home without any update. I had to text / call SEVERAL TIMES so he can gives me the honor to call me back or give an update. I'm thankful for the service that was done on my car. However, I was not please to fine out that I purchase tire warranty that only covered nails or road debree. That is not was told to me when I was encouraged to purchase. Also, to tell me my warranrty expired 5 days, before my service, which I didnot get my car until 12/27/2020. I think some prevision could have been done to put 2 tires on my car. I have been servicing with you all for for over 20 years.

Joseph Antoine from sales and Carlos Medrano from service are spectacular! Joseph provides his expert option on new vehicles. While Carlos provides is able to fix an issue expeditely. Example I had a tire issue that I thought would take a few days to repair and Carlos worked his magic to get it done in a day!!!! The reason this isn’t rated a five are services that both Antoine and Carlos don’t have control of. The beverages and snacks are limited compared to other Benz stores example Rockville MD. The site claims the restriction is due to Covid but there are alternatives ways to still provide 5-star experience. Additional Customer enhancements like testing out the new vehicles, more apparel options, complimentary car wash, and loaner cars are not available at this site. But the Lyft shuttle option does provide a workaround.

Unprofessionals! They will do everything to make the client pay more! I wanted to buy a used car. BofA offered me a loan at 5%. I showed this information to the seller. The seller filled out the form and went to check something. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the seller told me that their computer did not work and we still had to wait. An hour has passed. All this time the seller offered me to leave a deposit for the purchased car. I refused because I did not see their loan terms. As a result, my credit rating dropped significantly due to checks of my history by different banks. But there was not a single check by my bank! And after several hours of waiting, a damaged credit rating, they offer me a loan at 9.6% (my bank offered at 5%). In my bank, they never asked, although they had access. Then I contacted my BofA myself. After 2 minutes, I received a loan approval, but already at 6.5%. The seller spoiled my rating and the loan rate became higher. I offered the seller to give me a discount on the amount of the overpayment, because through their fault my rating worsened and the final cost of the car became several thousand dollars higher. The seller refused. As a result, I have a bad credit history and no car.

I went in to Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines for service on a coolant leak to the fuel injection. There were no other issues. I was told the cost would be $2,000 and it would be repaired by next day. I was OK with that. . Later, I was told that there was a oil leak, and I told them that it was impossible because I park my car in my garage with a painted floor. I've never seen an oil leak on the garage floor for at least three years with the exception of coolant just recently. I told them to please leave the "oil" alone, because nothing was wrong when I dropped it off. Got my car back the second week in Dec, and didn't really use it for over a week. I work from home, and work was crazy busy the whole week. Guess what? The coolant appears to no longer leak, but now there's an oil leak. It's too much of a coincidence. Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines made the situation worse. Either they were incompetent, or downright deceitful. My guess was incompetence. I'm forgoing the dealership and taking it to a respected mechanic. My guess is that when the dealership "checked my oil" they probably stripped some threads while checking it. Sad. I used to trust the dealerships in the old days to complete a serious job without damaging the car in other areas. Especially complicated jobs. Because of Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines, that's no longer the case.

I completely forgot my daughter Christmas gift in the trunk. I notified them and they waited an additional hour for me. Great customer service. Everything was completed in a timely manner. This is my fifth Mercedes SUV vehicle. I have dealt with other Mercedes dealerships including another Autonation member. The Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines is by far the very worst. These people are horrible and cut you off as soon as your drive off their dealership. I recently purchased a 2023 EQS SUV 450 from this dealership. When I got home I found out that my supposed brand new vehicle was already programmed under someone else. I called and was told to drive it to another dealership to be reset. I was also informed that I was supposed to get a delivery package which includes basic introduction to basic functions of the vehicle. This was never delivered. The finance department is so shady. They set up unauthorized direct payments from my account. I have made several attempts to contact the dealership from the Finance manager, to the sales manager to the General Manager to no avail. I have left messages and it’s been weeks now and am yet to even get a call back. This is my very worst experience ever from any dealership Mercedes or not. If there is any rating lower than one I would rate this dealership without an iota of a doubt.

I was told sometime ago that the engine mounts were rotting as the car had been parked for sometime. So I took it in to Mercedes of Pembroke Pines and service advisor Stephen Hall took care of it and organized a loaner. Car was ready the next day and felt like a new car! Repairs are also warranted. It's my wife's car and she's the person who takes the car for service. Stephen Douglas ALWAYS make her feel comfortable on her visits. Stephen explained to her, in detail, services being done to her car. Stephen even called me to pass on that same information and recommended future needed service. I was also emailed a copy of the vehicle detailed inspection. That's what I call being thorough. Like I said in the beginning, customer for years. My wife brags about how clean the facility is, and they washed her car at no charge on every visit.

Had an appointment at 11:00 AM, got there at 10:50 and had to wait an hour before the service advisor called me up. He was not at his desk when I arrived, and showed up about 45 minutes after my appointment. Recall was supposed to take 2 hours, but after 5 hours had to call him to find out if the car was ready. When I got to the dealer to pick the car, he was no longer there and the invoice was not completed; so, someone else had to finish his work. Not very happy with the experience and will be asking for a new advisor on my next service.

We have used this dealership for service to our AMG high performance convertible. This is our first seriously disappointing encounter with the Service Department (new person) who literally told us "It is not my (his) job to check your car" for proper repairs. Our earlier service person of many years, "Alexx" was OUTSTANDING and we NEVER had such hassle or drivel. Our car was NOT clean inside when it was returned, no one checked it first, we paid for a tire balancing, they were NOT balanced. We were told "Bring it back and we will do those things". We waited FOUR days for a simple break-pad replacement, two new tires and two new hubs. Not rocket science. Alex left the dealership and took a promotion as a Director at a Lambroghini dealership. The "New" guy is, to put it mildly, "Less than effective

I am a first time Mercedes owner after 3 Fords, 2 Chevys and 2 VWs. I was expecting something in the way of a Mercedes experience. I recently had my vehicle in for annual service. I was told at the time of purchase that service included a wash - no wash provided. Waiting area - no different from a Chevy dealership or newer Tire Kingdom. Was I expecting an executive airport lounge? No, but at least something. Vehicle pick-up upon leaving - terrible. After completing paperwork with the service advisor I was to wait 20 minutes for the valet to get my vehicle. Why didn't the service advisor have the vehicle prepared while completing paperwork??? Then the valet positions my vehicle with no way forward to leave - completely blocked. I asked now what? I was to back up 25 yards (no exaggeration) into a 90 degree turn, then forward. What was the valet thinking? Simple answer: he wasn't thinking. Mercedes employees fail to understand that everyone is in the sales business. They should all be selling the Mercedes experience and they failed.

My issue is not with the dealership as a whole. I take issue with an individual salesperson that misrepresented to me what steps he had taken to inform the management team of the details of our business transactions. I agreed to purchase on line, sent a copy of the out of town Credit Union draft 24hrs prior to traveling from Louisville to Florida and when I arrived, I was informed that my method of payment could not be accepted. The management staff was exceptional in trying to make amends for the dishonest and disingenuous actions of their sales person. They accommodated me to the best of their abilities, but my purchase experience was forever marred. I left a premier dealer with a premier automobile, but I received a sub par 5 minute overview of the auto to top off the poor business transaction. The car , the management, the dealership were all great, but the experience was equal to a trip to the dentist and price was not the issue.

With my extended service policy I brought my 2015 in for A/C failure to cool. It was in for 4 days and unable to find the problem. Just filled up my vehicle with freon. Again A/C failure to cool, brought it back in a second time, and an inexpensive hose was changed. Problem is still not solved. Meanwhile, my $4,000 extended warranty expired but my A/C is still not working. Third time, I brought it in for the same problem. Expecting Chris, service manager, to repair the problem that was never fixed. He now tells me that my car needs a new evaporator which mysteriously went bad all of a sudden. now he wants me to pay $6,400 to replace Evaporator, which was the original problem that they said they could not find. According to Chris, there are only 4 parts to an A/C system. I feel that this is a crime of stalling an expensive repair job until after my warranty had expired and failing to remedy and complete a necessary replacement part repair intentionally due to the large job cost. I am very unhappy with this dealership service department and the practices of Chris, it's service manager. I expect nothing less than a full evaporator replacement and complete A/C repair to complete my warrantied original complaint of failure of A/C to produce cold air. I got to the dealer at 11am to change the batteries of my car and Mr, Carlos Medrano told me that the car will be ready the same day. At 3pm I asked is it was going to take any longer and he said that he was going to check, when he got back I was told that the car will be ready the following day so he was going to send me home in a Lyft. I asked him why he didn't mention it before because I haven't eaten anything the whole day, he said he didn't know. I even couldn't go to work today.

With a week left for that appointment, I called to make a quote for some brakes and they told me that I had to cancel the appointment I had because they were not receiving vans since they were full and that I would lose the trip to the service center. It seemed very strange to me, but in any case, I agreed to move the appointment to a date that they would receive it (15 days later). The day of the appointment I went and they informed me that the service would take a day, but since I had a burned out bulb and an electric window that did not work (they are under warranty) they would take another day. We have been waiting 3 days for the van for a simple 30,000 mile service and a power window fix and a light bulb change. It is the last straw that they play like this with the time and money of the clients since in my case, it is my work van and an entire family depends on it. I have lost 3 days of work due to your inefficiency and irresponsibility when taking appointments. What to do about all the damage caused? On the second day I called the service representative and he said that they were already fixing the window, so I told him to leave it like that, that I couldn't waste any more time and that I was going to pick up my van, but later he said that the service hadn't started either , which had to wait until the next day. El día de la cita fui y me informaron que el servicio tardaría un día, pero que como tenia una bombilla fundida y una ventana eléctrica que no funcionaba (están en garantía) se tomarían un día mas. Llevamos 3 días esperando la van por un simple servicio de los 30.000 millas y el arreglo de una ventana eléctrica y el cambio de una bombilla. Es el colmo que jueguen así con el tiempo y el dinero de los clientes ya que en mi caso, es mi van de trabajo y depende una familia entera de ella. llevo 3 días de trabajo perdido por su ineficiencia e irresponsabilidad al tomar las citas. Que hacer al respecto con todos los danos ocasionados? al segundo día llame al representante de servicio y dijo que estaban arreglando ya la ventana, entonces le dije que la dejaran así, que no podia perder mas tiempo y que ya iba a recoger mi van, pero después dijo que no habían empezado tampoco el servicio, que tenia que esperar hasta el siguiente dia. I completely understand it was my error in leaving the item in the vehicle, but the lack of concern & zero empathy is troubling. I sold my vehicle on 7/23 & apparently was sent to an auction already but there was no effort to assist in finding the vehicle - just basically telling in a matter of fact fashion that it was cleaned out & everything thrown away. How is this known? In addition, my lien holder has not received any payment. We can?t continue to use Covid as a reason for slow delivery if the process was done in a timely manner. I was considering purchasing a GLC 300 from this dealership when I sold my Audi Q5 to them?& even afterwards. But not anymore. My experience since that sell has been nothing less than terrible!

I went in for service because a message about the brake pads and my brake light indicator came on. I made my appointment 12 days in advance and was told they wouldn?t have a loaner car available. I asked about a rental car and was told my appointment would be notated for a rental. Got there and I had the worst experience ever. First of all, my GLE 350 only had 23,776 miles when I drove in. I was there for all of 5 minutes when I was told that I?d need brake pads all around the vehicle and possibly rotors!!!! Yes, an almost new vehicle and my advisor told me I would need pads and rotors at my own expense. I?m like xxx!!! I asked him to show me. After about and hour and for five minutes, I recorded a text message with pictures of what I was told was my vehicle. I didn?t know what I was looking at. I asked to see the pads on my vehicle for an explanation against the pictures. (Oh, I?d have to take the tires off is what I was told)! While sitting in my advisors office, I heard another advisor tell to another to write a customer up and to put him in a loaner! Yes, I was told that there wasn?t any loaner but here this customer 2 hours after me and he?s being given a loaner car. I brought it to the attention of my service advisor and without him even checking, he brushed me off telling me oh, maybe he made his appointment in advance. I also made my appointment in advance but this guy didn?t even take the time to check. Initially he told me that there wasn?t any loaners and my appointment was not noted for a rental. At this point I was furious! I was about to be robbed of $1700 for a brake and router job on my semi new vehicle and they were making me sit there and watch! Oh no! I asked about the cars warranty, I asked if this was a mistake, I asked why and how not only the brakes but the rotors were bad also? Mind you, I thought it was just the sensors that had gone bad. I had no difference in the way my car felt when I braked. No vibration, no squeaking, nothing! What was going on. Beware of Mercedes? of Pembroke Pines service department! They are definitely not honest and will ROB you when it comes to repairs. I was under major stress dealing with this issue. I spent a lot of time on the phone making calls and complaints! After 2 days off a lot of back and forth, I was able to get the issue resolved in partly my favor. $2100 turned into $250 deductible which I still think was an unfair charge. My insurance should?ve never had to get involved to pay for any parts of this less than 3 year old vehicle rotors. I?m totally turned off from Mercedes? after this experience. My lease is up in a couple months. I?ll be taking my business else where.

Eddy was our service advisor. It was a Saturday, you know how that can be, but our vehicle was ready & washed by the time he said it would be. Another thing, my settings for mirrors, seats, windshield washers, lights, radio, etc, were not changed, & I did get new windshield wipers. A plus for me when my settings are not changed or returned as I had them.

I am BEYOND disappointed in the most recent service I have received for my G Wagon. Communication is poorly done between the service agent and the service manager. I drove 45 mins to go pick up my vehicle (after being told it was ready to get picked up) just to find out when I arrived that it was NEVER completed and needed to stay for an additional day! I was told with NO REASON why it needed to stay (even when I asked). This incident was just icing on the cake from other issues I’ve had with the service agent Carlos. Before this, ( which I never left a review about because I wanted to brush it under the rug) communication between the service agent and I have been horrible! Anytime Ive called to check on my car for pick up, he NEVER ever answered a single phone call of mine. The he tells me that he doesn’t really listen to his office VM’s. ( so why do you even have a office phone) and the best way to reach him is by text/call on his cell phone (okay). After getting this info from him, I’ve tried to contact him on the status of my vehicle through his requested method of communication and his response was still the same….. ZERO! Please don’t tell customers one thing and completely do another. Now with this most unacceptable experience with my vehicle not being ready after I was told it was ( and was given a $60 dollar - I’m sorry I messed up discount) I will never come back here and will find another Mercedes dealer to service my G Wagon. I won’t be burned again by this place and with the horrible customer service to top it top. I would be a complete fool to ever come back here again.

I bought a used 2020 GLS 450 and two tires had nails in them. I have to come back for their recall to fix a electrical problem that they could of taken care while car was for sale. The transmission is making a clunking sound. Tires should of been rotated. Bottom line their inspection of used cars are horrible

they charged me about 850.00 for the 30,000 mile service and they didn't even put water on the windshield I asked them what the 30,000-mile service included because it was a bit expensive and they couldn't give me an honest or specific answer. my car had 35,000 miles and the advisor was pushing for the 40,000 mile service and I asked him what the difference was and he answered that it was a more complete service and again he did not know how to give me a specific answer but what he did tell me that the 40,000 mile service was going to cost me about 1,500.00 dollars for being a more complete service

February 3rd, I've received email from the dealer I have schedule maintenance appointment on February 17th. (I never made any appointment) On 16th Feb, I called the dealer for the confirmation on the appointment but they couldn't find my appointment. (So, I rescheduled for 19th at 2PM). On 18th Feb, the dealer shop cancelled my appointment with out notifying me. (When I called it is because I was getting 'B' service and takes about 4-5 hrs to do so.) I had to rescheduled the appointment for earlier time at 10:00 AM. When I met the 'advisor' I was told the service was going to be 'A' service. The advisor said I already got the 'B' service. So, I explained the advisor I got my car when it was 17000 miles and did not get the 'B' service at 20000 mile as advisor was claiming. (He had no proof) So the advisor told me it was going to be B service and he will call me when it was done. About 3 hrs later the service was done and it was 'A' service. So the advisor lied for the second times. What kind of business is this? Stop wasting people's time! I want some answers and there better be some action against this dishonest 'advisor'. (By the way, my car was showing 'service B due in 1200 miles' this morning)

The service tech detected that I had a fuel line loose at the back of my engine there was something wrong with the coolant function for my radiator and they fixed my air condition problem. I arrived with a nail in one of my run flat tires. I was taken care of immediately. Because I had purchased my tires three months prior from the dealer, the tire was covered by the dealer warranty. A new tire was put on free of charge. I just paid for the installation a few dollars. My service writer told me any damage done to the tires for the first year was completely covered. After the first year, the tires are prorated. Considering run flat tires cannot be repaired, this is a major selling point to purchase tires from the dealer. I was very pleased with the service. .us my car was returned squeaky clean!

I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz 450 from Mark Isaia he made promises he never kept said he repaired the seat it was still torn it had noises coming from the steering joint which their mechanics didn’t pinpoint and put motor mounts in now they refused to fix the seat They do not honor their warranty I would never do business with them again they promise you everything and do nothing typical used car salesman and they don’t return your phone calls

Most of the service advisors with the exception of one agent seem to be focused, motivated and willing to help everybody, very refreshing. Being a business owner, I understand that employees are a direct reflection of the management team and its obvious that management is on the ball. I met Enrique the service manager and I was right, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and in touch with his staff. My service advisor Stephen Douglas has been a God sent, he has educated me on my car and has advised me well. Thank you ALL for making my visits to your facility more enjoyable. I love this dealership. However, every time I take my vehicle for service I am told nothing is wrong. Meanwhile, my vehicle shakes every time I am breaking on the highway from high speeds. This is the perfect place to purchase a vehicle. Not so perfect place to get service though. Most everyone is friendly, but the service always feel like they've done nothing.

Larry Leon was my salesman and he was very nice and patient. He called me periodically to check up on me and to see if I was in the market. I bought my suv on Saturday 4/24 but started looking since late February He was very knowledgeable and literally took his time with me the dealership was clean and every one was very friendly

Steven Douglas saves the day! When I arrived there was a backup in the service entrance. There were cars blocking the way and it didn't appear organized. I called Steven and in about 5 minutes, it was cleared up and the attendant was at my window. If this area were more organized it would be great. That said, Steven made all the difference and gave me personal attention. Steven is an amazing advocate for superior customer service!

We were expecting better service than the one we recorded. The salesman was great, however there were big lack of communications between management and the finance department. Due to that issue my credit report was ran twice. The magnet should have apologized for the many issues we encountered. It's expected to spend time at the dealership, but not almost 8 hours. And that was because of the lack of communications. Once we signed the papers we felt we were just another stat. We had to go back because of minor issues with the vehicle and have to admit Joseph, salesman, has been very helpful. In my opinion they need to work on customer service.

We "ended up" at Mercedes in Pembroke Pines after a terrible experience at Mercedes in Miami. Although my husband had purchased his used Benz SUV in Miami, they had no interest in working with us when we walked in inquiring about a used Benz. I found Moises Abadi at Pines through a simple internet click and turned out to be the best thing! The car we initially were interested in was not available but he immediately shifted to helping us find a car. This is when most people just said, "Sorry, we sold it." He didn't pressure us in any way and the process was fast. He was extremely helpful. We went went from having no car---and not even a car available-- to having completed the sale in about 4 hours. He found a vehicle that had just came in and had only been at the dealership one day. Considering I was being pretty specific about car size and price, I would have NEVER found a car if Moises had not committed to helping us as I kept losing cars at various MB dealerships all over the state! This is our 3rd purchase at a Mercedes Benz dealership in Florida and he was the most helpful sales person we've encountered. We also had the pleasure of working with Anthony Bolanos and he was also super friendly, very helpful and quick with paperwork.
